BYOMA Smoothing Body Polish Review
Here is my quick review of BYOMA Smoothing Body Polish, a lovely polish that features a combination of chemical and physical exfoliants for smoother and softer skin. Let’s dive into my experience and see if it’s worth trying.
The formula features perlite, pumice, and gluconolactone (PHA) for gentle exfoliation. It includes surfactants alongside panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) to soothe and condition the skin. A blend of prebiotics, such as rhamnose, glucomannan, glucose, xylitol, and glucuronic acid, helps to hydrate and support the skin’s microbiome. Additionally, glycerin, anhydroxylitol, and xylitylglucoside work to keep the skin hydrated.
The product has a cream-gel texture with lots of fine exfoliating granules. It’s more liquid than most body scrubs and washes off easily.
The smell of the BYOMA Smoothing Body Polish is nice. It’s quite subtle without being overpowering or off-putting.
The exfoliation is not harsh, it’s more of a gentle polish that still does the job. It works well on rough areas, such as my elbows and dry rough patches (KP) that often appear on the shins. After using it, my skin feels smooth and soft without feeling stripped or dry. I also enjoy the pump action, it’s easy to use in the shower.
The BYOMA Smoothing Body Polish has met my expectations, and I’ve really enjoyed using it. Recently, I also started trying a few other products from the brand, and I’m happy with them as well, so I’m looking forward to continue exploring more from BYOMA.
