Summer Fridays Jet Lag Overnight Eye Serum Review
In this review, I’ll be discussing the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Overnight Eye Serum, a product I’ve been willing to try for a while and finally got from one of Cult Beauty’s beauty boxes. After putting it to the test, I’m ready to share my thoughts and how it’s been working for me.
Inside the formula, you will find a blend of humectants such as glycerin and phospholipids to hydrate and soften the skin. It also includes a blend of squalane, dog rose seed oil, borage seed oil, evening primrose oil, soybean oil, and ceramides to moisturise and soften the skin while improving the skin barrier’s function. Additionally, it contains retinoids (retinol and retinyl linoleate) to improve the appearance of fine lines, increase skin firmness and promote healthy skin by increasing cell turnover. A blend of bisabolol, oat bran extract, Centella asiatica extract, and glycyrrhetinic acid soothes the skin. Furthermore, glycyrrhetinic acid, vitamin E, and dog rose seed oil provide antioxidant protection.
Summer Fridays Jet Lag Overnight Eye Serum has a thick, velvety texture. The texture is more similar to a balmy eye cream than a watery eye serum. It glides on beautifully and absorbs really well without feeling greasy or sticky on the skin. It also has a mild scent.
Summer Fridays Jet Lag Overnight Eye Serum definitely helped with dryness. It left my skin feeling very soft and hydrated. I beleive it’s best suited for colder months. This serum reduced the appearance of tired eyes overnight, making me look more well-rested after a bad night’s sleep. It also made some improvement in puffiness.
The eye serum doesn’t irritate my eyes, nor does it make them sting or water.
In short, I found the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Overnight Eye Serum to be a really nice product. It delivers on its promises, and I genuinely enjoy using it.
