Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Joia Milky Leave-In Conditioner Review
Welcome to my new blog post! This time, I want to share my brief review of the Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Joia Milky Leave-In Conditioner. Let’s take a closer look at this product and find out whether it’s worth trying or not.
The formula contains a blend of Brazil nut oil, cupuaçu butter, babassu seed oil, tucuma seed butter, and gardenia extract, along with conditioning agents designed to soften and detangle hair while minimizing flyaways.
The Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Joia Milky Leave-In Conditioner has the brand’s signature Cheirosa 62 fragrance, the same fragrance as the Bum Bum Cream. It’s a sweet and delicious aroma with notes of pistachio, almond, vanilla, and salted caramel. The scent lingers on the hair, though it’s more subtle and not as overpowering as the Bum Bum Cream. I find it nice, even though it’s not my favourite among SDJ’s fragrances.
The product comes in a convenient spray bottle with a lock function that prevents leaks and makes it safe for travel. The downside is that the pump clogs up every once in a while.
Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Joia Milky Leave-In Conditioner has a lovely milky lotion-like texture. I have fine hair, and many leave-in conditioners tend to leave it feeling greasy and heavy, but this one doesn’t. Anyway, I would recommend applying it from mid-length to ends and avoiding the roots.
I apply Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Joia Milky Leave-In Conditioner after washing and towel drying my hair, before heat styling and using other styling products. It works great for my hair, leaving it smooth and soft, and making it easy to detangle.
All in all, I enjoy using Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Joia Milky Leave-In Conditioner. It’s a really nice product with a lovely aroma that lingers in the hair, evoking summer vibes.
