In today’s post, I want to talk about the Abib Heartleaf Collection, including the Pore Clay Pack Cleanser Heartleaf Charcoal Foam, the Heartleaf Essence Pad Clear Touch, and the Heartleaf Calming Trial Kit. The Heartleaf range is designed for oily and acne-prone skin types to help soothe redness and reduce breakouts.
Abib Pore Clay Pack Cleanser Heartleaf Charcoal Foam
Abib Pore Clay Pack Cleanser Heartleaf Charcoal Foam – a multi-purpose product that works as both a clay mask and a daily foam cleanser. It contains charcoal capsules and five types of clay to help clear pores, absorb excess oil and remove dead skin cells.
The formula contains a blend of kaolin, bentonite, Canadian colloidal clay, illite, montmorillonite, and charcoal powder to absorb excess sebum and impurities and help leave the skin feeling cleaner and less oily. Additionally, a blend of humectants, including glycerin, beta-glucan, and six forms of hyaluronic acid, helps minimise dryness and soften the skin. A blend of houttuynia cordata extract, beta-glucan, allantoin, and asiatic acid helps condition the skin, support the skin barrier, and soothe the skin.
A blend of houttuynia cordata extract, laminaria japonica extract, eclipta prostrata leaf extract, grape fruit extract, coffee seed extract, green tea leaf extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, persimmon leaf extract, safflower flower extract, and chestnut shell extract provides antioxidant protection, while succinic acid and 4-terpineol have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
The texture is quite unique and feels like a clay mask and a foam cleanser in one. It foams up nicely and rinses off easily, leaving my skin deeply cleansed but not stripped or tight. I find it to be an excellent option for days when my skin feels extra oily. My favourite way to use it is as a mask, leaving it on for about five minutes, and then massaging it into my skin before rinsing. It does a really good job with excess sebum and helps keep my pores clear.

Abib Heartleaf Essence Pad Clear Touch
Abib Heartleaf Essence Pad Clear Touch – a set of 70 dual-sided toner pads with an embossed side for gentle exfoliation and a plain side to soothe the skin.
The formula contains a blend of humectants, including glycerin, panthenol, and sorbitol, to help hydrate and soften the skin, while a blend of althaea rosea flower extract, cynanchum atratum extract, houttuynia cordata extract, honokiol, panthenol, allantoin, and niacinamide helps soothe the skin. Niacinamide also helps support the skin barrier, improve uneven skin tone, regulate excess sebum, and provide antioxidant benefits.
Additionally, a blend of houttuynia cordata extract, mung bean sprout extract, wheat sprout extract, broccoli sprout extract, honokiol, quercetin, caffeine, niacinamide, and vitamin E provides antioxidant protection. Succinic acid has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of these pads. They aren’t very soft or well soaked in essence. One side is textured for exfoliation, and the other side is smooth. I ended up using only the smooth side, although I do wish it was softer. The essence feels nice and calming. It leaves my skin hydrated and refreshed, but it absorbs really quickly, so I have to follow up with the next step straight away.
