Today, I’m back with a review of the REN Evercalm Gentle Cleansing Gel. This facial wash is designed to gently cleanse the skin, leaving it refreshed and soothed without irritation, tightness, or discomfort. Let’s learn more about this product.
The formula contains mild surfactants and emulsifiers to gently cleanse the skin without causing dryness or irritation. Panthenol and glycerin soften and moisturise the skin, while beta-glucan soothes and reduces visible signs of sensitivity. Additionally, the formula includes a blend of prebiotics to restore and maintain the skin’s microbiome.
The REN Evercalm Gentle Cleansing Gel has a gel texture that foams slightly upon contact with water and rinses easily. This cleanser doesn’t remove heavy makeup, so I use it as a second step in my double-cleansing routine or as a morning cleanse. The cleanser has a subtle neroli scent.
It cleans well without making my skin dry and stripped. Gentle yet effective, it leaves my skin feeling clean, soft, and refreshed. I also use this cleanser when my skin feels sensitive and I need something ultra-gentle.
I’ve been using the REN Evercalm Gentle Cleansing Gel for years, and my only issue is the new packaging. Unfortunately, it has changed from a pump bottle to a tube. The cleanser has a watery consistency, and now it’s become harder to control how much product comes out when you squeeze the tube. As a result, this leads to unnecessary product waste.
REN Evercalm Gentle Cleansing Gel is one of the best gentle cleansers I’ve ever used. I’m on my fourth tube and completely satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone seeking a gentle, non-stripping face wash.
