Harvey Nichols Beauty Advent Calendar 2025 Review
Hi everyone! This time, I’m excited to bring you a review of the Harvey Nichols Beauty Advent Calendar 2025 (worth over £1000). This massive box contains 37 products, with 20 of them being full-sized. Let’s take a look inside each of the 25 drawers and explore every product together.
Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream (15ml, worth £75) – an intense moisturiser designed to reduce the appearance of fine lines, even tone, and improve skin texture. The formula is enriched with sunflower oil, argan oil, avocado oil, shea butter, evening primrose oil, and panthenol. This works great as a night cream for my combination skin during winter. It’s very pricey, but I love the results.
Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Lip Blur in Walk of No Shame (Full Size, worth £29.00) – a matte liquid lipstick in a berry rose shade. I love CT makeup, and the Matte Revolution lipsticks are some of my favourites. So I’m looking forward to trying this product.
In the next window, we have two products:
- Minimalista The Crown Clip Heavenly (Full Size, worth £20) – a lightweight claw clip. It feels comfortable to wear and holds my thin hair in place well.
- Slip Pure Silk Skinny Scrunchy in Pink (1pc) – a scrunchie made from 100% silk. I love silk scrunchies and use them when I’m tying up my hair. They don’t damage it and look pretty.
Ex-Nihilo Blue Talisman Eau de Parfum (10ml) – a fragrance with top notes of pear, bergamot, mandarin orange and ginger, heart notes of orange blossom and georgywood, and base notes of musk, ambrofix, akigalawood and cedar. It’s a sweet floral fruity fragrance that smells lovely and very feminine.
In the next window, we have two products:
- Marvis Whitening Toothpaste (25ml, worth £5.00) – a whitening toothpaste that contains a blend of ingredients to gently reduce discolouration of the teeth.
- Patchology Beauty Sleep Restoring Hydrogel Face Mask (worth £10.00) – a hydrogel face mask formulated with glycerin, red algae extract, peony extract, centella Asiatica extract, chamomile extract, arnica extract, baikal skullcap extract, allantoin, hydrolysed collagen, trehalose, betaine, yeast amino acids, retinol, and a blend of peptides. I love this face mask, it makes my skin feel hydrated, plumped, and soothed.
Jo Loves Amber, Lime & Bergamot A Votive Candle (70g) – a scented candle with top notes of bergamot, mandarin and pink pepper, middle notes of blackcurrant, white amber, cedarwood and lime, and base notes of suede, patchouli and vetiver. I really like the fragrance and the design, and I always enjoy receiving candles in Advent calendars.
In the next window, we have three products:
- Sisley Paris Black Rose Mask (10ml, worth £22.00) – a hydrating cream mask designed to eliminate signs of fatigue from the skin. This mask has a pleasant creamy texture, and I really enjoy using it. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated, soft, and refreshed with a healthy-looking glow.
- Sisley Paris Black Rose Cream (10ml, worth £33) – a deeply hydrating cream designed to provide long-lasting hydration and natural radiance to the skin. The formula features rose water, shea butter, camelina oil, jojoba oil, and extracts from padina pavonica, rose, hibiscus, Alpen rose and alkekengi. It has a lightweight texture and the brand’s signature black rose scent. This cream is lovely, though quite pricey. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and well-hydrated.
- La Prairie UV Veil SPF50 (5ml) – a luxurious hydrating day cream with SPF 50 designed to protect skin against UVA and UVB rays and provide long-lasting hydration. I love trying new sunscreens, so I’m looking forward to testing this one.
Nars Light Reflecting Pressed Setting Powder in Crystal (10g, Full Size, worth £35.00) – a pressed powder that keeps makeup in place all day with a luminous, photo-ready finish. I was pleasantly surprised by this product, it sets makeup beautifully while giving a soft blurring effect. The powder has a subtle shimmer that looks lovely, and it mattifies my combination skin without making it look flat, leaving it set and natural instead.
In the next window, we have two products:
- Trinny London Tiptoe In 5% PHA Exfoliant (10ml) – a gentle skin exfoliant formulated with polyhydroxy acids, PAD (a blend of azelaic acid and glycerin), sodium lactate, postbiotic, trehalose, and asiaticoside.

In the next window, we have two products:

- COLOR WOW Color Security Conditioner (75ml, worth £11.00) – a conditioner for fine to normal hair. This conditioner is also great. It leaves my hair soft, silky and easy to detangle, plus it has a really nice scent.

Eve Lom The Original Balm Cleanser (50ml, worth £48.00) – a cleansing balm that melts away makeup, daily dirt, and impurities. This cleansing balm isn’t my favourite, and I definatly don’t like its smell, but it does its job really well. It removes makeup effectively, and you don’t need a lot.
Philip Kingsley Bond Builder Split End Remedy (50ml, Full Size, worth £30.00) – a hair treatment designed to improve the look of split ends. The formula includes sodium PCA, sodium lactate, amino acids, panthenol, phytantriol, and green tea extract. This product works well, it makes my hair very soft without weighing it down. I also notice my ends look less frizzy.

Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour (1.64g, Full Size, worth £28.00) – an eyeshadow stick in the shade Brick, a chestnut brown colour. I have several shades of these eyeshadow sticks. They have a really nice texture and go on smoothly. They last all day and aren’t drying.
Granado Fervo Intenso Eau de Parfum (25ml) – a fragrance with top notes of pomelo, orange and bergamot, middle notes of cachaça, iris and cedar, and base notes of cacao, myrrh and sandalwood. This one reminds me a lot of Kilian Angels’ Share.
Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream (75ml, worth £21.00) – a body cream infused with the sweet and delicious Cheirosa 62 fragrance. The formula includes coconut oil, açaí oil, cupuaçu seed butter, Brazil nut seed oil, squalane, carrot oil, guaraná extract and guayusa extract. The Bum Bum Cream needs no introduction. It was featured in many beauty boxes and Advent calendars this year.

La Mer The Renewal Oil (15ml, Full Size, worth £120.00) – a multitasking face oil that floods the skin with hydration, improves firmness, and helps soften the look of fine lines and wrinkles. It contains meadowfoam seed oil, sweet almond oil, jojoba seed oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower seed oil, sesame seed oil, camelina oil, cranberry seed oil, olive oil, caffeine, acetyl hexapeptide-8, and a blend of algae. Given all the positive reviews, I’m genuinely excited to try it.
Le Labo Eucalpytus 20 Eau de Parfum (15ml, worth £75.00) – a fragrance with notes of olibanum, cedarwood, gurjan balsam, eucalyptus, labdanum, hyssop, red thyme, and musk. I was looking forward to trying it, as it’s a new 2025 launch. The scent is calm and woody without really smelling of eucalyptus. I find it lovely.
