Freck Beauty Review

Freck Beauty Review

This time, I want to talk about Freck Beauty products: the Rich Bitch Serum, the Original Freckle, and the Face Hack Setting Spray. After putting them to the test, I’m ready to share my thoughts with you.

Freck Beauty Rich Bitch Serum

Freck Beauty Rich Bitch Serum

The Freck Beauty Rich Bitch Serum is a serum primer that protects, hydrates and rejuvenates the skin, creating a smooth base for makeup. The formula contains a blend of emollients such as squalane, coconut oil, camellia seed oil, meadowfoam seed oil, and prickly pear seed oil to restore softness and reduce moisture loss.

Additionally, it contains glycerin, hyaluronic acid, arginine, and rice bran extract to hydrate the skin. A blend of rice bran extract, rosemary leaf extract, camellia seed oil, prickly pear seed oil, and vitamin E provides antioxidant protection, while yam root, rice bran extract, and sunflower extract soothe the skin and help strengthen the skin barrier.

The serum has a thick, milky consistency that melts into a lightweight oil upon contact with the skin. It spreads easily and stays tacky for some time after application. I love how it smooths out my skin, adds a radiant glow, and keeps my skin feeling well moisturised. Makeup sits beautifully on top, though I haven’t noticed any improvement in longevity. Overall, it’s a lovely serum for my combination skin during the colder months, but it does feel a bit too much for summer.

Freck Beauty OG The Original Freckle

Freck Beauty OG The Original Freckle

The Freck Beauty OG The Original Freckle is designed to create natural-looking, long-lasting faux freckles. To apply, dot the product onto your skin and let it sit for about 5-10 seconds. Then copy/paste the freckles by tapping them with your fingertip. You can also stamp some dots onto your fingertip first and apply them that way. I prefer the second method because the applicator is quite flexible, which can sometimes result in slightly lopsided freckles. You can apply them over foundation or on bare skin, and you can also set your freckles with a setting powder. One of my favourites is the Laura Mercier Translucent Powder, which works beautifully for this purpose. Overall, it’s easy to use, lasts all day on me, and washes off easily with any facial cleanser.

Freck Beauty Face Hack Setting Spray

Freck Beauty Face Hack Setting Spray

The Freck Beauty Face Hack Setting Spray is designed to seamlessly melt all makeup layers together, blur the look of skin, and bond everything in place to help extend wear. The formula contains a blend of film-forming and mattifying agents that create a light, invisible layer to absorb oil, reduce shine, and help lock in makeup.

Additionally, it contains humectants, including hyaluronic acid and sugar kelp extract to provide light hydration, while niacinamide, betula alba bark extract, reynoutria japonica extract, and centella asiatica help soothe the skin. A blend of pyridoxine HCl, niacinamide, sugar kelp extract, betula alba bark extract, boswellia serrata extract, holy basil extract, centella asiatica extract, and reynoutria japonica extract provides antioxidant protection.

Freck Beauty Face Hack Setting Spray review

I’ve been using it for about a month and genuinely enjoy it. The spray is perfect, it comes out as a fine mist and really does help extend the wear of my makeup. It smooths everything out and makes my makeup look pretty. It dries down to a soft, natural finish with a healthy-looking glow and doesn’t mess up my makeup.
