Wasn’t Vogue supposed to be a luxury store? I am absolutely shocked by the choice of Korean cosmetics in the Vogue calendar! I can’t believe that for yet another year the calendar is so bad.

I feel the same way. I was really looking forward to this calendar—two years ago I missed out, last year it was… let’s say acceptable, but definitely not worth the price (I might have bought it for £250, but it had way too many fillers like overpriced gadgets I’d never use). I thought this year would finally be the one, since none of the other calendars really gave me that wow effect (some are nice, like Space NK, Cult, or the Harrods one I already ordered, but not exactly thrilling). But when I saw both the content and the design today, I was really disappointed. I think the first excitement around Vogue has already passed, and now they just operate like a regular store—but their pricing compared to what’s inside is insane.

The fact that they put Korean products (nothing against them) in an expensive £355 calendar on two separate days is a crime. They put two 7 ml La Mer creams in it… 7 ml, for God’s sake. You get a hair clip, a beanie, and two pieces of jewelry (nothing elegant). Such a shame for Vogue. Such a disgrace to people. I definitely prefer the SpaceNK calendar. At least there you get full-size products. Last year, the jewelry and socks in the Vogue calendar were of a completely different quality from what was written on their website. Much lower quality.

£800 of useless stuff bag charm for £225? really? metal necklaces and poor quality cashmere. my socks from the previous year are so well bubbled after a few wears and even before the first wash. and another part £800 of overpriced stuff. this calendar looks like a scam.
