OMG that makes over 550 euros, and nothing special compared to Harrods that is about 375€. Except the perfume. But not worth paying that much for 1 perfume, one sleep mask + one plastic bag produced at 0.30 cents in China… Seems like a quick move from SpaceNk. They didn’t think through. Even Brown Thomas (that only sells in IE unfortunately) has a much better one, for 100€ less.

Update… It had only one review and it was one star which had over 200 likes complaining about this launch and it is now no longer searchable, which is different to out of stock. Looks like they’ve pulled it due to how negatively it’s been received! Has anyone heard any updates what’s going on with it? I find this very interesting as Space NK seems to be struggling for several months in general I believe due to a new stock system which is messing up deliveries… It took them about 2 weeks to dispatch 2 of the same Elemis gift sets to me recently… With no update what was happening and I’ve received dispatch emails weeks after receiving items. I’m quite gutted to see what I long regarded as the best beauty retailer in the UK slipping. I still regard their product range and the way the pack things and the deluxe points system as the best though

Your link does work but it’s not available to buy and the listing is not searchable by other means as far as I can tell still!

They’ve now deleted the viral one star review. I believe they failed to credit approximately £200 worth of points to my DNulge over the last 6 months. To anyone who reads this, please check your order history and see if there is an allocation of points next to all your orders as where their stock system fails to send dispatch emails on time, I don’t think it triggers points allocation. They seemed to have stopped all phone customer service and i’ve found it impossible to resolve this via emailing support. Combined with orders arriving 2 weeks late with no idea what is arriving and when, for me, I feel I just can’t trust them any more. I understand new systems take a while to roll out but it’s how they are treating customers. I expect im roughly one of their top 100 customers as im in the industry and spend thousands with no returns. They even messed me around on my birthday I got excited about a gift, it was in stock online and they claimed they couldn’t send it after emailing me saying I can choose it. I have to say I no longer trust them. And I say that quite heavily because it feels like so much of what used to work well in this country is going downhill. So many recent reviews are One Star on TrustPilot. People saying the same thing. It’s the lack of trust and transparency which i’m feeling now. I used to find them the most reliable and trustworthy company in the industry.

Space NK marketing/strategy lost the plot years ago imo, I was a ‘Beyond’ concierge member and the staff on that team were great but that just disappeared – or I just got booted off the list with no notification! But I stopped big buy shopping with them as there are just much better offers available elsewhere. For me their GWP are badly judged, supposedly worth hundreds but 90% tiny samples of a few ml. After several incidents of order mishaps, points mess ups, faulty products, etc…I wrote to CS several times with kindly worded feedback, as I’d been a loyal shopper for decades, but never received a response. I don’t think they will actually care until more people shop elsewhere….
