Today, I want to share my review of the Lookfantastic Black Friday Edit 2024. This edit includes six products worth over £210, five of which are full-size. Let’s take a quick look at what’s inside, along with my thoughts on each item. Additionally, there is a 20% discount on this box right now.
Rituals Ritual of Sakura Body Scrub (250g, worth £18.90 Full Size) – a sugar scrub featuring safflower oil, almond oil, camellia oil, jojoba oil, rice bran oil, sunflower seed oil, and wild cherry extract. It has a lovely scent and leaves the skin feeling soft.
MZ Skin Anti-Pollution Hydrating Face Mask (1 Sheet, worth £25) – a hydrating hydrogel mask. The formula is enriched with panthenol, hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed pea protein, tranexamic acid, vitamin C, hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycans, centella asiatica extract, licorice extract, cotton extract, soybean extract, chamomile extract, peony extract, and red algae extract,. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with this mask, as it didn’t make a noticeable difference to my skin, leaving it neither more hydrated nor plumped.
Tan Luxe Super Glow Hyaluronic Self-Tan Serum (30ml, worth £36 Full Size) – a self-tanning serum formulated with hyaluronic acid, beet extract, kale extract, blueberry extract, cocoa extract, and a blend of Vitamins A, C, and E, as well as raspberry seed oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, chia seed oil, and aloe juice. This is a lovely product I’ve been using for years. It provides a natural yet noticeable tan and doesn’t dry out my skin, unlike some other self-tanners.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze Extreme Hold Laminated-Look Sculpting Wax (8g, worth £23 Full Size) – a brow wax that shapes, lifts, and tames brow hairs. I love its versatility, as it can deliver a subtle look with a light application or a laminated effect with more product. It lets me style my brows just the way I like without being noticeable on the brows.
GRANDE Cosmetics GrandeLASH-MD Lash Enhancing Serum (2ml, worth £62 Full Size) – a lash-enhancing serum featuring panthenol, amino acids, isopropyl cloprostenate (a synthetic prostaglandin analog), honey extract, hydrolysed glycosaminoglycans, hydrolysed yeast extract, hyaluronic acid, sodium lactate, grape extract, coltsfoot extract, ginseng extract, bearberry extract, chamomile extract, and calcium gluconate. After using it for 3 months, I can confidently say my lashes appear fuller and noticeably longer.
Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 62 Fragrance Mist (30ml, worth £11) – a hair and body perfume spray scented with delicious notes of salted caramel, pistachio, and vanilla. It’s a lovely summer fragrance, although not my favourite among all SDJ fragrances. The scent is quite strong and lingers well on the body and clothes
