Lookfantastic Beauty Box March 2024 Review
Here’s my belated review of the Lookfantastic Beauty Box March 2024. Although it’s already April, I think it’s better late than never. Last month’s box had a total value of over £79 and included 6 beauty products, 2 of which were random. I’ll show them below.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Genius Serum (2ml worth £37) – a conditioning brow serum that improves texture, manageability and protects against breakage. The formula is enriched with panthenol, peptides (myristoyl pentapeptide-17, acetyl tetrapeptide-3), biotin, castor oil, clover extract, and ginseng extract. I had been interested in trying out this brow serum, so I was happy to receive it in a beauty box. I also like the applicator a lot as the brush has a good shape to nicely spread product across the brows.
Gatineau Hydra Aura Éclat de Soie Water Crème (30ml worth £19.99) – a hydrating facial cream, formulated with hydrolyzed prickly pear extract, seaweed extract, glycerin, and shea butter. Although it’s a fine cream, I wouldn’t opt to purchase the full-sized version.
Brushworks Satin Scrunchie Two Pack (2 scrunchies worth £4.99) – two lightweight scrunchies crafted with a satin fabric, designed to sit comfortably in the hair with minimal friction.
First Aid Beauty Anti-Chafe Stick with Shea Butter and Colloidal Oatmeal (9.9g worth £9) – a chafe stick designed to defend inner thighs against friction. The formula is enriched with coconut oil, colloidal oatmeal, shea butter, bisabolol, ginger root extract, and piroctone olamine. This is a great product. Personally, I use it within a day to nourish dry and flaky areas of the skin. It works great, doesn’t feel greasy, and doesn’t leave any residue.
Nail HQ Nail Lacquer in Crimson (full-size worth £5.99) – a highly-pigmented nail polish in a rich, crimson red shade.
Mio Solar Power Body Scrub (30ml worth £3) – a sugar body scrub that leaves skin feeling moisturised with a subtle radiant glow. The formula is enriched with sweet almond oil, olive oil, andiroba seed oil, sunflower seed oil, myrtle extract, prickly pear extract, and monk’s pepper extract. It is a very nice scrub; it melts into an almost oil-like texture, leaving the skin soft and moisturised with a slight shimmer. It has a delightful citrus scent.
