First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA (28.3g worth £7) – is a body scrub that eliminates dry, rough bumps associated with KP and strawberry skin. The formula combines AHAs and pumice to exfoliate dead skin cells and visibly refine texture. Additionally, it includes feverfew extract, green tea extract, licorice extract, bisabolol, and colloidal oatmeal. After just one use, I noticed a genuine difference, my skin felt softer, and the texture improved instantly.
Gruum Solstråler After Sun Bar (35g worth £15) – a solid bar containing a nourishing blend of sunflower oil, coconut oil, cocoa seed butter, camellia oil, and sweet almond oil. I love the concept of this product. It’s plastic-free, naturally derived, and travel-friendly. I plan to take the bar with me on my next holiday.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Gel – Clear (2.5ml worth £12) – a clear brow gel to hold brow hairs in place. Although it’s not the best I’ve used, it still performs well. It holds my eyebrows in place, but the Benefit brow gel works better.
Brushworks Microfibre Wrist Wash Bands (2pc worth £5.99) – two stretchy wristbands from microfibre designed to absorb the water that runs down the arms during face washing. I found these wristbands to be really soft and comfortable to use.
Elemis Superfood AHA Glow Cleansing Butter (20ml worth £10) – a luxurious cleansing butter that removes makeup and promotes a fresh, radiant look. The formula includes mango seed butter, chia butter, camellia oil, sunflower oil, acerola cherry ferment, and pumpkin fruit ferment. While I don’t use it as a makeup remover, it works well as a cleanser. However, I wish it had a fragrance.
ISOCLEAN Makeup Brush Cleaner (110ml worth £8) – an antibacterial makeup brush cleaner. The product claims to clean even tougher makeup product residues without damaging the soft fibres of the brushes. I’ve received this cleaner from other beauty boxes in the past, and it does its job well. I also find the spray bottle quite handy.
Lookfantastic Clear Travel Bag in Pink – all these products were stored in a transparent, zip-up bag, and I’m always happy when beauty boxes include makeup bags.
