Liberty London Advent Calendar 2026 Review

Welcome to my new blog post! Today, I’m taking a closer look at the Liberty London Beauty Advent Calendar 2026, which includes 29 products worth over £1,300. Its signature Tudor-style box returns with new artwork by Clym Evernden, although this will be his final design before Liberty collaborates with a new artist in 2027. I’ve always admired his illustrations, and I’ll definitely miss seeing a new design from him each year. Now, let’s open the drawers and see what’s inside.

LBTY Tana Meadow EDP (8ml) – a fragrance with top notes of pear, ginger, mandarin, and cypress; heart notes of rose, coconut, jasmine, white orchid, and orris; and base notes of praline, vanilla, ambroxan, and musk.

Sunday Riley CEO Vitamin C 15 Brightening Serum (30ml, Full Size, worth £70) – a face serum with 15% vitamin C (THD ascorbate) that helps reduce the appearance of dullness, brighten dark spots, target signs of ageing, and minimise the look of pores. I really love how this serum makes my skin look brighter, more glowy, and healthy while helping to even out my tone.

Davines Oi Shampoo (90ml) – a gentle daily shampoo for all hair types, enriched with Panthenol and roucou oil. It’s a nice shampoo that makes my hair softer and easier to manage, but it’s a little too heavy for my fine hair to use regularly.

Matiere Premiere Crystal Saffron EDP (6ml) – a fragrance with a top note of musk, a heart note of saffron, and base notes of ambroxan and incense. I’ve heard Madonna loves it, but honestly, I don’t see myself wearing it very often.

Lisa Eldridge Baume Embrace Melting Lip Colour (Full Size, worth £27) – a tinted lip balm in Épanoui, a mauve pink shade. I really like the feel of this formula. It gives the lips a soft wash of colour while still letting their natural tone show through. The lightweight texture feels comfortable on the lips and makes it easy to wear throughout the day.

Maria Nila Gloss Coat (50ml) – a dual-action, heat-activated hair treatment designed to boost shine and provide protection for dry, damaged hair. The formula contains a blend of amino acids, glycerin, sodium PCA, sodium lactate, panthenol, PCA, pomegranate extract and sunflower seed extract. I haven’t tried this yet, but I’m looking forward to trying it.

Escentric Molecules Molecule 01 (10ml) – a fragrance that features the sole note of the Iso Super E aroma molecule. It adapts to your skin chemistry, offering a subtle, fresh scent that works well on its own or layered with other fragrances.

Zelens Emulsion D Fortifying Moisturiser (50ml, Full Size, worth £75) – a facial moisturiser designed to strengthen the skin’s natural barrier, protect it from environmental aggressors, and soothe the skin while promoting a healthy complexion. The formula contains provitamin D3, ceramide NS, phospholipids, glycolipids, prebiotics, probiotics, vitamin F, ethyl linoleate, phytosterols, plant fatty acids, lecithin, cholesterol, shiso (Perilla frutescens), ornithine, yeast, panthenyl triacetate, vitamin E (tocopherol), glycerin, coco-caprylate/caprate, dimethicone, trehalose, and inulin. I love Zelens, and this moisturiser has been on my wishlist for a while, so I’m really happy to receive it.

Innersense Repair Mask (59ml, worth £11.00) – a hair mask that helps seal split ends, smooth frizz, and strengthen the hair fibre. The formula is enriched with shea butter, sesame seed oil, chia seed oil, tamanu seed oil, hydrolysed moringa seed protein, and panthenol. Unfortunately, this one is too heavy for my fine hair.

In the next drawer, we have two products:

Darling Multi-Biotics Hydrating and Balancing Body Lotion (30ml) – a hydrating body lotion formulated with glycerin, saccharide isomerate, panthenol, rice bran oil, shea butter, coconut oil, jojoba seed oil, Lactococcus Ferment Lysate, allantoin, prickly pear extract, honeysuckle extract, and caffeine.
Joonbyrd Violet Haze Polishing Body Scrub (30ml, worth £12.00) – a gently exfoliating, creamy sugar scrub that buffs away dead skin cells and impurities to reveal softer, smoother and more radiant skin. I’ve used this before and like it, but it’s a bit too gentle for me.

Fugazzi Angel Dust Extrait (15ml) – a fragrance with top notes of pink pepper and Calabrian bergamot, a heart note of cashmere wood, and base notes of cashmeran and white amber. This is a lovely peppery skin scent. I really like the drydown, and the fragrance remains soft and subtle.

MZ Skin Intensive Bio-Placenta Eye Cream (15ml, Full Size, worth £180) – an eye cream designed to smooth fine lines, firm the eye contour and deliver intensive hydration, powered by Bio-Placenta, peptides, and the M5Rx™ complex to target multiple signs of ageing at the cellular level. I love discovering new eye creams, and I’m looking forward to giving it a try.

In the next drawer, we have two products:

Trinny London Eye2Eye in Joy OR Magician (Full Size, worth £20) – a moisture-enriched cream eyeshadow. The formula is great and blends like a dream. It’s very buildable, so you can either apply a sheer wash of colour or build it up for a more intense finish. I received Joy, a shimmering blossom pink, and it’s now the fifth Eye2Eye shade in my collection. The colour is beautiful and I’m really happy to have it.
Ilia Beauty Limitless Lash Mascara in After Midnight (Full Size, worth £29) – a clean mascara designed to lift, curl, lengthen and add volume. It has a nice wand that lengthens and separates my lashes really well, and it doesn’t clump.

Augustinus Bader The Face Oil (10ml, worth £80) – a restorative facial oil designed to deeply nourish, soothe, and regenerate the skin. The formula features grape seed oil, babassu seed oil, jojoba seed oil, argan oil, hazelnut seed oil, sunflower seed oil, cranberry seed oil, sea buckthorn fruit extract, pomegranate extract, horse chestnut extract, carrot extract, liquorice extract, bisabolol and TFC8®. I’m not a fan of this oil, as it feels too heavy for my combination skin.

Charlotte Mensah Manketti Oil Finishing Mist (30ml) – a shine-boosting formula designed for afro, mixed and all curly hair types.

D.S. & Durga Debaser EDP (7.5ml) – a fragrance with top notes of bergamot, green leaf, and pear stem, heart notes of fig, coconut milk, and iris, and base notes of blond woods, tonka bean, and moss. I love how it smells and really enjoy the combination of fig and coconut.

U Beauty Resurfacing Compound (15ml, worth £86) – a multitasking serum designed to smooth uneven texture, reduce the appearance of pores and discolouration, and soften fine lines and wrinkles. This is a great product that works really well for my skin. It’s quite pricey, though, so I’m happy to see it included in the advent calendar.

In the next drawer, we have two products:

Votary Luminous Skin Liquid (30ml, Full Size, worth £37) – a skin-enhancing fluid that gives the skin a sheer radiance while hydrating and strengthening the skin barrier. This is a new Votary launch, and I’m excited to try it.
Verden Nocturne Magnesium Body Spray (60ml, Full Size, worth £30) – a soothing body spray formulated with 25% magnesium to support relaxation and wellbeing. I love magnesium body sprays, so I’m really looking forward to trying this one.

Grown Alchemist Regenerating Hand Cream (40ml, Full Size, worth £30) – a lightweight hand cream formulated with grape seed oil, sweet almond oil, soybean oil, jojoba seed oil, glycerin, saccharide isomerate, maltodextrin, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, nephelium lappaceum extract, and arginine/lysine polypeptide. This is a really good hand cream. It absorbs quickly, keeps my hands moisturised, and doesn’t leave any greasy residue.

Vyrao Ever 11 EDP (10ml) – a new fragrance with top notes of black cherry and pink pepper CO2 LMR, heart notes of rose and peony, and base notes of leather accord, vanilla bean CO2 LMR extract, Peru balsam oil LMR, tonka bean absolute, cypriol oil and patchouli oil LMR.

Jones Road Miracle Balm in Au Naturel OR Tawny OR Magic Hour OR Sunkissed OR Happy Hour OR Cocoa Bronze OR Dusty Rose OR Miami Beach (Full Size, worth £18) – a light-reflecting balm that gives the skin a fresh, healthy glow. It’s another product I’m happy to try. Unfortunately, I received the Cocoa Bronze shade, which is a bit too dark for my fair skin.

Ex Nihilo BLUE TALISMAN EXTRAIT (7.5ml) – a fragrance with top notes of pear and bergamot, middle notes of orange blossom, jasmine and Ambrofix, and base notes of vanilla, sandalwood, musks and ambery woods. It smells lovely, but I like the OG better.

Violette_FR Lip Nectar in Bêtise (Full Size, worth £30) – a hydrating, buildable lip stain in a warm berry shade. I already have this product in three shades, including Bêtise. It’s an amazing lip stain that feels comfortable and hydrating on the lips. It looks glossy at first, then fades beautifully into a soft, sheer wash of colour that lasts for several hours.

Reome Active Recovery Broth (15ml, worth £44) – a concentrated daily serum formulated with a blend of 16 clinically proven bio-fermented and biomimetic actives to help restore stressed skin, strengthen the skin barrier, boost hydration, and leave the complexion looking brighter, healthier, and plumper. I’ve heard so many good things about this serum, so I’m really looking forward to trying it.

In the next drawer, we have two products:

Sisley Paris Sisleya Essential Skin Care Lotion (100ml, worth £114) – a moisturiser designed as the first step in an anti-ageing skincare routine, although it can also be used on its own. It contains the renowned anti-ageing active ingredients from the Sisleÿa range, including white willow, alkekengi calyx, padina pavonica, and ginkgo biloba, to promote radiant, youthful-looking skin. It also features essential active ingredients such as marshmallow extract, padina pavonica, phytosqualane, and ginkgo biloba to moisturise and nourish the skin, leaving it more receptive to the skincare products that follow.
Bibbi Parfum Vanilla Factory EDP (10ml) – a fragrance with top notes of nutmeg, pink pepper and bergamot, middle notes of saffron, black tea and peony, and base notes of patchouli, vanilla, black amber and papyrus.
