LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask Caramel Apple Review
Today, I’d like to share my review of the LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask Caramel Apple, one of the latest limited edition flavors of the famous lip mask inspired by a popular fall treat. I’m a big fan of LANEIGE lip masks and am obsessed with the ‘gotta catch ’em all’ idea, so I couldn’t miss this one. Now, let’s take a quick look to see if this was a hit or a miss.
The formula for the LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask in Caramel Apple is the same as all their other scents. It’s enriched with shea butter, coconut oil, murumuru butter, skin-conditioning agents, emollients, synthetic wax, plant waxes, grape juice, raspberry juice, and pomegranate extract.
The LANEIGE night lip mask features a soft and delicate balm texture. It’s slightly thicker than regular lip balm but isn’t greasy or sticky upon application. The mask forms a protective layer on the lips that feels lightweight and quite comfortable, especially for overnight wear.
I typically apply a generous layer of the mask to my lips right before going to bed and leave it on overnight. When I wake up the next morning, my lips looks incredibly soft, smooth, and healthy. I use it every evening, and I really like how the LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask keeps my lips hydrated and plump.
The LANEIGE Caramel Apple Lip Sleeping Mask surprisingly doesn’t smell like apples to me. Instead, it has a distinct caramel lollipop scent. I like the scent, it’s sweet but not overpowering.
The mask’s color is an unappealing orange-brown, which I find unattractive, especially on fair skin tones, so I only use it at night. The color is a miss for me.
Personally, I didn’t find the LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask in Caramel Apple to be the brand’s best release, mostly because of how it appears on my lips. I have the Gummy Bear one, and I’m enjoying it much more. Additionally, I’m on a quest to try other lip masks, so I recently purchased the Midnight Minis Set, with some flavors I haven’t tried before.
