ESPA Wellness Advent Calendar 2025 Review
I’m back with another review, and this time, I want to talk about the ESPA Wellness Advent Calendar 2025 (worth £435). This year’s calendar features 25 products, 15 of which are new for this year, and 7 are full size. Let’s dive in and explore the contents together.
ESPA Invigorating Body Reviver (50ml) – a gentle foaming exfoliator that cleanses the skin, leaving it feeling fresh and soft. The formula contains rice hull powder, betaine, xylitylglucoside, anhydroxylitol, xylitol, glucose, malachite extract, and moringa seed extract. It’s a thick paste with fine grains that exfoliates well without being harsh. It has a fresh, slightly zesty scent that’s really lovely and uplifting..
ESPA 24 Hour Replenishing Eye Moisturiser (15ml, worth £42.00, Full Size) – an eye cream that deeply hydrates and helps protect the skin’s natural moisture barrier. The formula contains sweet almond oil, borago seed oil, soybean oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, evening primrose oil, macadamia seed oil, peach kernel oil, sodium lactate, sodium PCA, cornflower extract, and centella asiatica extract. Given all the positive reviews, I’m really interested in trying it.
ESPA Optimal Pro Hair Shampoo (50ml) – a shampoo designed to gently cleanse hair without drying it out. The formula is enriched with hydrolyzed quinoa, saccharide isomerate, sacha inchi oil, moringa seed oil, and lysine.
ESPA Optimal Skin Pro-Serum (10ml) – an intensely moisturising oil serum. The formula is enriched with sunflower concentrate, balloon vine & black currant seed oil, omega + vitamin complex, turmeric, sea fennel, rice bran oil, sunflower seed oil, evening primrose oil, rosehip oil, black currant seed oil, sea fennel, turmeric extract, and omega + vitamin complex. It’s a bit too rich for my combination skin, so I usually use it in winter, mixing a couple of drops with a hyaluronic acid serum.
ESPA Optimal Skin Pro-Cleanser (30ml) – a multi-purpose product that works as a cleanser, exfoliator, and mask. It melts away makeup, cleanses the skin, and leaves it feeling smooth, bright, and moisturised. The formula contains pumpkin enzymes, jojoba spheres, avocado oil, sunflower seed oil, moringa seed oil, and omega + vitamin complex. I really like this one. It works like a cleansing balm but also exfoliates the skin. I tend to use it more as a mask, and I love how it leaves my skin soft, smooth, and moisturised.
ESPA Clarifying Clay Mineral Mask (55ml, worth £34.00, Full Size) – a gentle clay mask that helps balance oil, purify, and hydrate the skin. It contains kaolin, coconut oil, soybean oil, and rose flower water. I wouldn’t call it the most effective clay mask I’ve tried, but it definitely feels luxurious and gives an at-home spa experience.
ESPA Optimal Pro Hair Conditioner (50ml, worth £15.00) – a hair conditioner that detangles, revitalises, and adds shine, leaving hair soft, smooth, and manageable. The formula is enriched with babassu oil, moringa seed oil, avocado oil, murumuru seed oil, crambe oil, sunflower seed oil, and rattan pepper extract.
ESPA Optimal Skin Cleansing Oil (30ml) – a gentle oil-to-milk cleanser that melts away makeup and daily impurities, leaving the skin soft, nourished, and glowing. The formula contains apricot kernel oil, coffee seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, grape seed oil, olive oil, olive seed oil, and an omega and vitamin complex.
ESPA Refining Skin Polish (15ml, worth £10.00) – a gentle exfoliator formulated with spherical diatomaceous earth, sunflower seed oil, shea butter, sorbitol, glycerin, sodium PCA, sodium lactate, glucose, beta-carotene, and carrot extract. I’m generally not a big fan of physical scrubs for the face, but I didn’t find this one too harsh.
ESPA Restful Bath Milk (100ml) – a soothing and relaxing bath milk with oat kernel oil, sweet almond oil, grape seed oil, sunflower seed oil, moringa seed oil, glycerin, green tea extract, clary extract, ashwagandha extract, lavender extract, valerian extract, hops extract, lavender oil, and eucalyptus oil. I really love how it leaves my skin soft and moisturised, and the scent is lovely.
ESPA Muscle Rescue Balm (15g) – a post-workout balm for tired muscles, scented with peppermint, eucalyptus, and clove. I’ve used this balm before, and it works great for sore muscles.
ESPA Midnight Blue Silk Scrunchie – a soft silk scrunchie.
ESPA Rejuvenating Hand Cream (15ml) – a moisturising hand cream containing apricot kernel, shea butter, sunflower seed oil, hydrolysed keratin, rosehip extract, nasturtium extract, liquorice extract, Baikal skullcap extract, Chinese mulberry extract, and glycerin. I really like how it leaves my hands soft, smooth, and not sticky.

The formula is enriched with glycerin, anhydroxylitol, xylitol, xylitylglucoside, sodium PCA, glucomannan, hyaluronic acid, sorbitol and vitamin C. I’ve tried this mask before, and it’s a great product. It’s really hydrating and works perfectly for my combination skin, especially during the winter months.
ESPA Pink Hair and Scalp Mud (30ml) – a mineral-rich treatment mask that deeply conditions the hair, scalp, and skin. It leaves the hair smooth and frizz-free, while the scalp feels hydrated. The formula contains red clay, glycerin, sorbitol, sodium PCA, lactic acid, sodium lactate, castor seed oil, apricot kernel oil, sunflower seed oil, grape seed oil, and honeysuckle extract.
