Hi,

I chose a basket with value 200€ but this was not added to my basket.
I even talked to customer service but they don’t even help.
Has anyone tried it?

Hi! I had the same issue on 9th December. I had the early access to the goody bag but the goody bag was not added to basket. I also wrote to their customer support but they responded with some nonsense that I should select the free gift in the basket or it’s already sold out. They removed the early access on the evening of December 9th and it re-appeared the next day and then the goody bag was added to basket. I think they had some kind of error on their side which their customer support didn’t want to admit.

I also want to point out that they have removed the ‘Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream Hydrating Moisturizer’ from the goody bag.
