In today’s review, I’m going to be taking a look at the You’re Looking Well products: the Day Cream, the Day Pill, and the Night Pill.
You’re Looking Well Day Cream
The You’re Looking Well Day Cream is designed to hydrate, protect, and strengthen the skin barrier. The formula contains a blend of humectants such as glycerin, hyaluronic acid, betaine, sodium PCA, sodium lactate, niacinamide, PCA, plankton extract, a sugar complex (xylitylglucoside, anhydroxylitol, xylitol, sucrose), and amino acids (serine, alanine, glycine, glutamic acid, lysine HCl, threonine, arginine, and proline) that mimic the skin’s natural moisturising factors and help improve long term hydration balance.
Additionally, a blend of niacinamide, ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate (an oil soluble form of vitamin C), vitamin E, and plankton extract provides antioxidant protection. A blend of emollients including jojoba seed oil, OLEOSOFT-4, and lecithin helps soften the skin and reduce moisture loss. A microbiome complex of prebiotics and postbiotics supports a balanced skin microbiome and helps strengthen the skin barrier.
This cream feels hydrating enough for my combination skin and leaves it feeling soft and healthy-looking. However, it might be too light for drier skin types, especially if it’s not paired with a hydrating serum/sunscreen/essence/toner.

You’re Looking Well Day Pill
The You’re Looking Well Day Pill is an all-in-one probiotic and multi-vitamin for improved energy levels, reduced bloating, and healthier skin. The formula contains probiotic strains such as Lactobacillus paracasei (Lpc-37), Bifidobacterium lactis (BI-04), and Bifidobacterium lactis (HN019) to help support microbiome balance, digestion, and immune function. Additionally, B-complex vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 as folate, and B12) support skin, hair, and nail health, steady energy levels, cognitive function, and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D3 and K2 work together to support immune function, calcium regulation, and bone health. Zinc supports immunity, helps reduce inflammation, and promotes clearer skin.
I can’t help but adore these yellow glass bottles, which are fully recyclable by the way. They look absolutely luxurious. I haven’t noticed a significant difference with the Day Pill yet. However, I do feel slightly more alert and energised during the day.

You’re Looking Well Night Pill
The You’re Looking Well Night Pill is a nightly capsule designed to improve sleep quality, promote deeper sleep, enhance overnight skin repair, and help you wake up restored. The formula contains magnesium (as magnesium glycinate, 60 mg) and green tea extract (providing 135 mg L-theanine) to promote deep, restorative sleep and calm the nervous system. Additionally, a blend of grape seed extract (2.1 mg, equivalent to 250 mg grape seed), selenium (55 μg), and copper (0.9 mg) provides antioxidant protection and supports overnight repair.
Deep sleep is essential for maintaining healthy, glowing skin, as our skin regenerates while we sleep. After just a few days of taking the Night Pill, I’ve noticed that I’m sleeping more deeply and consistently. I also feel more well-rested when I wake up. Mornings feel easier, and overall, my sleep quality has improved. For me, these pills have definitely made a difference.
