Ultra Violette Supreme Screen Hydrating Facial Skinscreen SPF 50 Review

This time, I’m sharing a brief review of the Ultra Violette Supreme Screen Hydrating Facial Skinscreen SPF 50. Let’s take a look at this product and find out whether it’s worth trying.

Ultra Violette Supreme Screen Hydrating Facial Skinscreen SPF 50

The formula includes ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate (also known as octinoxate, which helps protect the skin against UVB rays), bis ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine (also known as Tinosorb S, which covers the full UVB and UVA range), and methylene bis benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol (also known as Tinosorb M), a broad spectrum UV filter. Additionally, the formula contains humectants and emollients including glycerin and saccharide isomerate to help maintain hydration and soften the skin. Kakadu plum extract also provides antioxidant protection.

It contains alcohol in the formula, balanced with humectants and emollients, which helps the formula absorb quickly, reduces a greasy or heavy feel, and allows UV filters to dissolve properly.

The Ultra Violette Supreme Screen Hydrating Facial Skinscreen SPF 50 has a smooth, creamy texture. It spreads easily, doesn’t exacerbate dry patches, and feels hydrating on the skin. It has a slight tint at first, which disappears as you rub it, leaving no white cast. The finish is natural and glowy.

I have combination skin that is prone to breakouts in warmer weather and around my period. This sunscreen doesn’t cause breakouts, irritate my skin, or sting my eyes. However, it feels a bit too greasy for daily use during the warmer months. It can feel heavy and look too shiny on oilier skin, especially in the T-zone.

Additionally, it never dries down to a matte finish, which means makeup can slide if you don’t set it properly. I think it works best for normal to dry skin, particularly during the colder months. It works well with my makeup as long as I set it properly, and it doesn’t pill. Additionally, it does have a strong sunscreen or maybe alcohol smell, which I’m not a fan of.

Ultra Violette Supreme Screen SPF 50+ review

Overall, the Ultra Violette Supreme Screen Hydrating Facial Skinscreen SPF 50 works well for my skin during the colder months. Still, I wouldn’t recommend it for truly oily skin during the summer.
