Ultra Violette Queen Screen SPF 50+ Luminising Skinscreen Serum Review
Here’s my following sunscreen review, and this time, it’s all about the Ultra Violette Queen Screen SPF 50+ Luminising Skinscreen Serum. Let’s take a look at this product and see if it’s worth trying.
The formula contains ethylhexyl salicylate (also known as octisalate, which protects against UVB rays), phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid (also known as Ensulizole, which helps protect the skin against UVB rays), bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine (also known as Tinosorb S, which covers the entire UVB and UVA range), diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate (also known as Uvinul A Plus, which protects the skin against UVA rays), methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol (also known as Tinosorb M, which offers broad-spectrum protection), and ethylhexyl triazone (also known as Uvinul T 150, which provides one of the highest levels of photo-stable absorption among UVB filters).
It also contains a blend of emollients and humectants such as micro-algae extract, saccharide isomerate, panthenol, pantolactone, glycerin, and arginine, which help to soften and hydrate the skin. Additionally, micro-algae extract and Kakadu plum extract provide antioxidant protection. It also has shimmer particles, which give a luminescent glow.
The Ultra Violette Queen Screen has a lovely milky serum consistency that I really enjoy. It applies very smoothly to the skin, spreading easily without leaving a white cast. It layers perfectly with my skincare (no pilling!) and works beautifully under makeup. That said, I just can’t wear it without makeup. With such a radiant finish, it’s way too shiny for me.
This sunscreen may be a good option for those with dry skin, but if you’re oily, you may want to look for something with a more matte finish. Especially since you need about 3 droppers worth to get proper SPF coverage. On my combination skin, that much product feels a bit tacky. On the brighter side, no matter how much product I apply, it doesn’t break me out, irritate my skin, or sting my eyes.
The Ultra Violette Queen Screen SPF 50+ Luminising Skinscreen Serum has a quite strong, overpowering, rosy scent. Therefore, maybe it’s not the best pick for those with sensitive noses or skin.
The Ultra Violette Queen Screen SPF 50+ didn’t live up to my expectations. I really wanted to love this sunscreen, but it just doesn’t suit my combination skin. However, it can be a good option for those with dry skin.

Same here. This one didn’t work for me at all. Way too glowy, made my face oily and I broke out after using it 🤬
