Sol de Janeiro Rosa Charmosa Dewy Body Cream Review
Today I want to talk about the Sol de Janeiro Rosa Charmosa Dewy Body Cream, a new body moisturiser infused with the Cheirosa 91 fragrance.
The formula contains a blend of emollients and occlusives including shea butter, murumuru butter, cupuaçu butter, and mango seed butter to soften the skin and help reduce moisture loss. Additionally, a blend of humectants including glycerin, yacón root juice, and betaine hydrates the skin. A blend of yacón root juice, camu camu extract, and vitamin E also provides antioxidant protection. Crystal Peptide (Crystalide™) supports a healthier-looking skin surface, helps refine skin texture, and improves skin luminosity.
The cream has a beautiful, soft, almost whipped texture. It sinks in within seconds and leaves no sticky or greasy residue. I love how it leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, and moisturised with that natural, healthy-looking glow.
The Rosa Charmosa Dewy Body Cream features the Cheirosa 91 fragrance, with top notes of passionfruit and pink pepper, middle notes of pink rose, magnolia and pistachio cream, and base notes of honey caramel, amber, sandalwood, and sugar crystals.
I’m usually not into rose scents, but I have to admit that this one smells quite nice. It’s a feminine, modern rose fragrance with fruity notes that feel both sweet and fresh. Like most products from the brand, the Cheirosa 91 Body Cream has a strong scent that lingers well on the skin and even longer on clothes. If you’re sensitive to strong fragrances, it’s something to be aware of before buying.
Overall, the Sol de Janeiro Rosa Charmosa Dewy Body Cream is a nice product that feels lovely on the skin. However, I wouldn’t recommend it to those who are sensitive to strong scents.
