PICKI NIKI Filter Shower Head Review
In this review, I want to talk about the Picki Niki Filtered Shower Head with Vitamin C. It’s designed to reduce chlorine, soften hard water, and filter out rust to help leave hair smoother and skin softer after showering.

PICKI NIKI is a German shower filter brand made in Korea. They use a dual filter system inside the shower head. The first is a sediment filter that sits in the shower head’s handle and filters sediment, rust, and dirt. The second is a Vitamin C gel cartridge placed inside the shower head itself, which reduces chlorine and hard water minerals, including calcium and magnesium. It also enriches water with vitamin C, collagen, and glycerin. The installation is super easy. You just unscrew your old shower head and replace it with this one.
The PICKI NIKI Filter Shower Head features 200 micro-holes that make the water pressure feel stronger while helping reduce water usage “by up to 50%”. The first time I used it, I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle the water flow felt, and I noticed an immediate improvement in water pressure.
Hard water doesn’t just cause limescale build-up in kettles and washing machines. It can also have a noticeable impact on your hair, scalp, and skin. And since hard water is common in many parts of the world, including the UK, it’s something many people deal with. Because hard water contains high levels of minerals like calcium and magnesium, it can leave a residue behind on the hair after washing. As a result, it can make your hair feel dry, rough, and harder to manage, while also making it more prone to breakage and causing colour to fade faster.
I’ve been using it for about two months, and my hair feels smoother to the touch and shinier, with less dryness and noticeably less frizz. Since hard water can sometimes lead to scalp irritation and dandruff, I’ve also been paying attention to how my sensitive scalp reacts during this time. Thankfully, I haven’t experienced any discomfort, and my scalp has stayed calm and itch free throughout.
Overall, I’ve really enjoyed using the PICKI NIKI Filter Shower Head. While the difference isn’t dramatic, I can say it’s noticeable, so I will definitely continue using it.
