Medicube PDRN Pink Line Review
Today I’m reviewing three products from Medicube’s PDRN Pink line: the PDRN Pink Collagen Toning Gel Toner Pad, the PDRN Pink Hyaluronic Moisturizing Cream, and the PDRN Pink Collagen Exosome Shot Serum 2000. Let’s take a closer look and see if they’re worth adding to your routine.
Medicube PDRN Pink Collagen Toning Gel Toner Pad
The Medicube PDRN Pink Collagen Toning Gel Toner Pads are ultra-slim 0.5mm gel toner pads infused with a concentrated essence to help hydrate, tone, and smooth the skin. They are a little different from regular toner pads because you can use them either as a quick toning step after cleansing or leave them on targeted areas as a mini sheet mask.
The pads come dry, with the essence packed separately, so you need to pour it into the jar before the first use. I like using them in the morning as a quick 5-minute mask when my skin needs a little extra hydration. They don’t leave any sticky residue, and my foundation definitely goes on better afterwards. I also sometimes use them in the evening when my skin looks tired, leaving them on for around 15 minutes.
They leave my skin feeling fresh, smooth and plump, with a healthy glow that lasts throughout the day. I’ve also noticed a gradual brightening effect, and my skin tone looks more even. All in all, I find them a great addition to my skincare routine.
The formula contains a blend of glycerin, diglycerin, Saccharomyces ferment, collagen, and xylitol to help attract and retain moisture, providing lightweight hydration, while emollients help soften the skin and reduce moisture loss. Additionally, niacinamide, hydrogenated lecithin, hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine, Centella asiatica extract, asiaticoside, madecassic acid, madecassoside, asiatic acid, and xylitol help support the skin barrier and improve barrier function. A blend of allantoin, adenosine, centella asiatica extract, chamomilla recutita extract, artemisia annua extract, lotus extract, rosa damascena flower water, jasminum officinale flower water, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), asiaticoside, madecassic acid, madecassoside, and asiatic acid helps soothe the skin and reduce irritation.
Additionally, a blend of niacinamide, centella asiatica extract, rice extract, thuja orientalis extract, ivy leaf extract, parsley extract, jute leaf extract, lotus extract, Polygonum cuspidatum root extract, pear fruit extract, sage extract, onion bulb extract, bitter orange flower extract, melon fruit extract, hibiscus esculentus fruit extract, phaseolus radiatus seed extract, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), and vitamin E provides antioxidant protection.
Retinol helps improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, supports collagen production, and helps improve uneven skin tone, while salmon PDRN (1 ppm or 0.0001%, which is an extremely low concentration) supports skin repair and regeneration. Capryloyl salicylic acid (LHA) provides gentle exfoliation, helps improve skin texture, and helps refine pores.

Medicube PDRN Pink Hyaluronic Moisturizing Cream
The Medicube PDRN Pink Hyaluronic Moisturizing Cream is a hydrating cream formulated with salmon-derived PDRN and 2% niacinamide. It’s designed to help reduce the appearance of blemishes, even out skin tone, replenish moisture, and strengthen the skin barrier.
It has a lovely, lightweight texture that melts beautifully into the skin without leaving any greasy or sticky residue. It leaves my skin feeling soft and plump, with a healthy-looking glow. It hydrates my skin really well and helps calm any irritation or redness. The cream works well under makeup and layers nicely with serums. Overall, it’s a great everyday moisturiser.
The formula contains a blend of humectants including glycerin, betaine, panthenol, and a multi-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid complex to hydrate the skin. Additionally, a blend of emollients and occlusive ingredients helps soften the skin and reduce moisture loss, while a blend of ceramides, cholesterol, phytosphingosine, hydrogenated lecithin, niacinamide, and panthenol helps support and strengthen the skin barrier.
A blend of centella asiatica leaf extract, prunella vulgaris extract, fucus vesiculosus extract, morinda citrifolia fruit extract, momordica charantia fruit extract, hibiscus esculentus fruit extract, and niacinamide provides antioxidant protection. Panthenol, betaine, niacinamide, centella asiatica leaf extract, prunella vulgaris extract, and Fucus vesiculosus extract also help soothe the skin. Salmon PDRN (5,000 ppm or 0.5%) supports skin repair, promotes skin regeneration, and helps improve skin elasticity. Additionally, a blend of peptides (Copper Tripeptide-1, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, and Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1) helps improve the appearance of fine lines, supports collagen production, and improves skin elasticity.

Medicube PDRN Pink Collagen Exosome Shot Serum 2000
The Medicube PDRN Pink Collagen Exosome Shot Serum 2000 is an anti-ageing serum designed to hydrate, smooth, and boost elasticity. It targets dullness and uneven texture, visibly tightening pores and restoring a radiant, youthful glow. The 2000 version is the milder option, while the brand also offers a stronger 7500 version, which I’ve enjoyed as well.
It has a lightweight texture that sinks in quickly and gives a slight tingling sensation when applied. You can also gently pat it with your fingers for better effect. I wouldn’t say it does much for acne on its own, but I love how it leaves my skin feeling hydrated, smooth and really soft, while also helping to keep my skin barrier happy.
The formula contains spicules, which can enhance the penetration of active ingredients and may improve skin texture. It also contains a blend of humectants, including glycerin, panthenol, collagen extract, hydrolysed elastin, and a multi-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid complex, to provide hydration. Additionally, a blend of emollients, including macadamia ternifolia seed oil, helps soften the skin and reduce moisture loss, while barrier-supporting ingredients such as niacinamide, panthenol, cholesterol, rapeseed sterols, and hydrogenated lecithin help support the skin barrier and reduce transepidermal water loss.
Milk exosomes and lactobacillus extracellular vesicles are marketed to support skin regeneration, improve skin communication, and enhance skin repair. Although promising, independent clinical evidence for cosmetic exosomes and extracellular vesicles is still limited. Additionally, a blend of niacinamide, chondrus crispus extract, and vitamin E provides antioxidant protection, while retinol helps improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, supports collagen production, and improves skin texture and uneven skin tone.
The formula also contains salmon PDRN (10 ppm or 0.001%, which is a relatively low concentration) to support skin repair, promote skin regeneration, and help improve skin elasticity, while a blend of panthenol, chondrus crispus extract, and niacinamide helps soothe the skin. A blend of peptides (Acetyl Tetrapeptide-5, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, and Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5) helps improve skin firmness and elasticity, stimulates collagen synthesis, and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines.
