MEDI-PEEL Hyaluronic Acid Mooltox Air Fit Sun Cream Review

MEDI-PEEL Hyaluronic Acid Mooltox Air Fit Sun Cream Review

I’m back with another K-beauty sunscreen review, and this time, I want to discuss the MEDI-PEEL Hyaluronic Acid Mooltox Air Fit Sun Cream. Let’s dive into my experience and see if it’s worth trying.

MEDI-PEEL Hyaluronic Acid Mooltox Air Fit Sun Cream

The MISSHA All Around Safe Block Soft Finish Sun Milk SPF50 combines chemical and mineral filters: titanium dioxide (which mainly protects the skin from UVA II rays), butyloctyl salicylate (which increases the SPF rating and enhances water resistance), polysilicone-15 (also known as Parsol SLX, which helps protect the skin against UVB rays), diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate (also known as Uvinul A Plus, which protects the skin against UVA rays), and ethylhexyl triazone (also known as Uvinul T 150, which provides one of the highest levels of photo-stable absorption among UVB filters).

A blend of amino acids, niacinamide, centella Asiatica extract, anemarrhena extract, rnantia chlorantha extract, and oleanolic acid provides antioxidant protection. Also, humectants such as hyaluronic acid, amino acids, niacinamide, xylitol, xylitylglucoside, anhydroxylitol, glyceryl glucoside, collagen, polyglutamic acid, and glycerin hydrate the skin. Additionally, a blend of adenosine, allantoin, niacinamide, glyceryl glucoside, centella Asiatica extract, and oleanolic acid soothes the skin, while ceramide NP and phytosphingosine replenish the skin’s barrier. Furthermore, squalane, argan oil, shea butter, jojoba oil, rice bran oil, and oleanolic acid help prevent moisture loss and soften the skin.

The MEDI-PEEL Hyaluronic Acid Mooltox Air Fit Sun Cream has a to-die-for texture. It’s lotion-like, really lightweight, and feels perfect for my combination skin. It spreads easily and sinks in quickly, leaving no greasy residue. It also provides a glass-skin finish that looks lovely and healthy, never oily. The product has a noticeable aquatic scent that fades away after a couple of minutes.

The only issue with the MEDI-PEEL Hyaluronic Acid Mooltox Air Fit Sun Cream is that it leaves a noticeable white cast that does not go away. Because of this, I can’t wear it without makeup or bronzing drops. I usually end up applying Glow Recipe Niacinamide Hue Drops on top.

For context, I have combination skin that is prone to breakouts during warmer months and my period. This doesn’t cause any breakouts. It also feels comfortable to use around my sensitive eyes, with no irritation, stinging, or watering.

MEDI-PEEL Mooltox Air Fit Sun Cream Review

Overall, as much as I wanted to love the MEDI-PEEL Hyaluronic Acid Mooltox Air Fit Sun Cream, it didn’t fully meet my expectations. The white cast is a deal breaker for me, so I don’t think I’ll repurchase this sunscreen.
