I’m from Apricot Clear Sun Serum Review
I’m back with another K-Beauty sunscreen review, and this time I’m talking about the I’m From Apricot Clear Sun Serum. Let’s see how it performs and whether it’s worth trying.
The formula contains ethylhexyl triazone (also known as Uvinul T 150, which provides one of the highest levels of photostable UVB protection), terephthalylidene dicamphor sulfonic acid (also known as Mexoryl SX, which protects the skin against UVA rays), diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate (Uvinul A Plus, which protects against UVA rays), bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine (also known as Tinosorb S, which provides broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection), and polysilicone-15 (Parsol SLX, which helps protect the skin against UVB rays).
Additionally, a blend of humectants and emollients, including glycerin, hyaluronic acid, and acetyl glucosamine, helps support hydration. The formula also contains a blend of niacinamide, acetyl glucosamine, beta-carotene, menadione, apricot fruit extract, nymphaea alba flower extract, cynanchum atratum extract, and vitamins C and E to provide antioxidant protection.
The Apricot Clear Sun Serum has a lightweight, fluid texture that spreads easily over the skin. It sinks in quickly with no white cast and doesn’t feel heavy or greasy. It leaves a natural finish that isn’t dewy and layers well under makeup. It also has no noticeable scent.
I have combination skin and tend to break out during the summer months and around my period. I had no issues with this sunscreen. It didn’t cause any breakouts or irritation, and it never stung my eyes. It may not be hydrating enough for dry or very dry skin, but I think it’s a great option for oily and combination skin types.
In short, I’ve enjoyed using the I’m From Apricot Clear Sun Serum. I’ve had a great experience with it and can definitely recommend giving it a try.
