Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Ultra Fine Mist Review

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Ultra Fine Mist Review

I’m back with another review, and this time I’ll be talking about the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Ultra Fine Mist. Without further ado, let’s take a look at this product.

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Ultra Fine Mist

The formula contains a blend of humectants including watermelon extract, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, polyglutamic acid, fructooligosaccharides, beta glucan, and soy amino acids to hydrate the skin. Additionally, a blend of centella asiatica extract, beta glucan, liquorice extract, peony root extract, gromwell extract, and Chinese skullcap extract helps soothe and calm the skin.

It also contains a blend of emollients including watermelon seed oil, rice germ oil, pumpkin seed oil, sunflower seed oil, glycine soja sterols, and rice germ extract to soften the skin, reduce moisture loss, and support the skin barrier. Additionally, a blend of watermelon extract, hibiscus extract, moringa extract, cabbage extract, sweet potato root extract, alkanna tinctoria extract, gromwell extract, beta glucan, and vitamin E provides antioxidant protection.

The mist is very fine. Just be sure to shake the bottle well before use to mix two layers of nourishing oil and water-based active extracts. Like most of the brand’s products, the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Ultra Fine Mist is heavily fragranced. It smells quite artificial to me, unlike the moisturiser or toner from the Watermelon collection. To be honest, I’m not a fan of the scent.

The Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Ultra-Fine Mist feels very hydrating on my combination skin. I love how it gives my face a healthy glow without looking greasy or oily. It refreshes my skin and helps set my makeup without feeling heavy or sticky.

I usually use face mists between each step of my skincare routine, as I find that layering a mist helps them absorb more quickly and boosts hydration. However, I find this mist difficult to use for layering because the scent is quite strong.

All in all, the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Ultra Fine Mist is a nice product if you don’t mind heavily fragranced mists. Personally, I find the scent a bit too much, so I won’t repurchase.
