ESPA Restful Bath Milk Review
Today, I want to share my thoughts on the ESPA Restful Bath Milk. I got this in the ESPA Beauty Advent calendar and instantly fell in love. With that said, let’s dive into what makes it so special.

The formula contains a blend of emollients including oat kernel oil, sweet almond oil, grape seed oil, sunflower seed oil, and moringa seed oil to soften the skin and help prevent moisture loss. Additionally, oat kernel oil, green tea extract, valerian root extract, and ashwagandha extract provide soothing and calming properties, while glycerin and levulinic acid help support hydration. It also features ashwagandha extract, clary sage extract, green tea extract, hops extract, levulinic acid, and vitamin E to provide antioxidant protection.

The scent of the ESPA Restful Bath Milk is absolutely divine and very relaxing. It’s an aromatherapy blend of eucalyptus, clary sage and lavender. I can’t get enough of it and only wish it were a bit stronger. The only downside is that I have to use quite a bit to get the smell, so the bottle only lasts for six to seven baths.
I really love how it leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturised without any greasy or oily residue. After the bath, my skin always feels silky smooth. I also love how it turns the bath water milky and leaves no film on the tub.

All in all, the ESPA Restful Bath Milk has become one of my favourite bath products. I find it perfect for long, relaxing baths, and I’ll definitely repurchase it in the future.
