ESPA Fitness Bath Salts Review
This time, I’d like to talk about the ESPA Fitness Bath Salts, which feature a blend of Epsom salt and Dead Sea salt to help soothe tired, aching muscles after exercise or a long day.
The formula contains a blend of sea salt and magnesium sulfate to help soften the skin, promote relaxation, and relieve feelings of muscle tension after bathing. Additionally, a blend of emollients, including moringa oleifera seed oil, helps soften and condition the skin during bathing, while oat kernel flour, arnica montana flower extract, symphytum officinale leaf extract, and fucus vesiculosus extract help soothe the skin and improve skin comfort.
Spirulina maxima powder, fucus vesiculosus extract, arnica montana flower extract, symphytum officinale leaf extract, and moringa oleifera seed oil provide antioxidant protection. A blend of essential oils, including rosemary leaf oil, lavender oil, litsea cubeba fruit oil, eucalyptus leaf oil, clove bud oil, peppermint oil, and geranium oil, provides the product’s natural fragrance and creates an invigorating, spa-like bathing experience.
I really enjoy using these bath salts after a workout. They help soothe tired, aching muscles and make the bathwater feel soft and silky. The scent is absolutely divine, featuring a relaxing blend of eucalyptus, clove bud, lavender, arnica, and comfrey. It’s not overpowering and doesn’t last very long, but it makes bath time feel really luxurious. These salts not only help me relax my muscles but also make a real difference in my sleep and help me unwind after a stressful day. The 180g jar is fairly small, but the salts are quite potent, so you only need a little per bath.
As someone who loves a long bath, I’ve had a great experience with the ESPA Fitness Bath Salts. I think anyone who enjoys a long soak will definitely find a lot of pleasure in it.
