Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm Review

Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm Review

Today, I’m reviewing the Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm. I’ve been using this balm on and off for several years, but I always find myself coming back to it. Let’s explore what makes it stand out.

Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm

The formula contains a blend of emollients, including grape seed oil, sweet almond oil, sunflower seed oil, and emulsifying agents, to dissolve makeup, sunscreen, and excess sebum without leaving a greasy residue. Additionally, a blend of glycerin, octyldodecyl PCA, and menthyl PCA helps minimise post-cleansing dryness. Sunflower seed oil, lecithin, and octyldodecyl PCA help support the skin barrier and soften the skin. A blend of grape seed oil, moringa oleifera seed extract, sea fennel extract, and vitamins C and E provides antioxidant protection.

The Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm has a rich, luxurious texture that melts effortlessly with the warmth of your hands. As with any cleansing balm, I warm it between my fingers and massage it into my skin. I then wipe it off with a warm cloth or simply rinse it away with warm water. It rinses off easily without leaving an excessively greasy residue. The full-size balm comes with a double-sided cloth featuring a microfibre side and a cotton muslin side. I usually prefer the microfibre side as I find the muslin a little too harsh for my skin.

While I love the texture, the scent is what really makes this balm special for me. The blend of orange, neroli, mandarin, jasmine and rose smells absolutely heavenly and turns a simple cleanse into a lovely spa-like experience.

The Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm works beautifully as the first step in my double cleansing routine. It effortlessly removes sunscreen, makeup, and daily build-up, leaving my skin feeling clean, moisturised and plump. It also never stings my eyes, irritates my skin or causes breakouts.

Emma Hardie Balm review

To sum it up, I absolutely love the Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm and definitely recommend trying it. It’s something I’ll repurchase again and again.
