Cult Beauty The Self-love Goody Bag 2025 Review
This time, I want to discuss the Cult Beauty Self-Love Goody Bag 2025. This goody bag includes 9 beauty products worth over £200 and a £15 Cult Beauty voucher. Let’s check what’s inside and see what purchases I made to qualify for it.
Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow PHA + BHA Pore-Tight Toner (25ml) – a facial toner designed to hydrate, gently exfoliate the skin, and minimise the appearance of pores. The formula features PHAs and BHAs, cactus extract, watermelon extract, hyaluronic acid, polyglutamic acid, tea tree extract, cucumber extract, sugarcane extract, licorice extract, Baikal skullcap extract, peony extract, cabbage extract, and sweet potato extract. This is a really nice toner, and I enjoy using it. I love how it keeps my skin soft, hydrated, and clear. Additionally, it has a lovely scent.
LAWLESS Beauty Forget The Filler Lip Plumper Line Smoothing Gloss in Cherry Vanilla (3.3ml, worth £25 Full Size) – an ultra-shiny gloss infused with MAXI-LIP™, shea butter, sunflower oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, and rosehip oil. It helps to smooth out fine lines on the lips, giving them a slightly fuller appearance. The shade is lovely, and the formula is not too sticky.
Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream (7.5ml) – a hydrating face cream formulated with hyaluronic acid, glycerin, sodium PCA, cholesterol, black elderberry extract, and olive leaf extract. Given all the positive reviews, I’m looking forward to trying it.
Medik8 Crystal Retinal Ceramide Eye 6 (15ml, worth £55 Full Size) – an all-in-one night cream designed to visibly lift, smooth, and brighten the eye area. This product has a gentle yet effective formula, which I enjoy. It truly makes a noticeable difference in the appearance of my fine lines.
Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips Matte Revolution in Carina’s Love (worth £28, Full Size) – a matte lipstick with a long-lasting and buildable formula. This lipstick has one of the best formulas I’ve tried. It lasts really well and provides a matte finish without making my lips look dry. I’m also obsessed with Very Victoria and Wedding Bells, as they might be my all-time favourite shades.
Ouai Scalp & Body Scrub in St. Barts (30g) – a sugar scrub designed to exfoliate both the scalp and body, effectively removing product buildup. It’s formulated with sweet almond oil, coconut oil, panthenol, aloe leaf juice, celery extract, hydrolyzed hibiscus extract, and fireweed extract. I’ve used this product before, and I’m happy to find it in the goody bag. The scrub has a pleasant texture and a wonderful fragrance that I absolutely adore.
Natasha Denona Golden Eye Shadow (0.4g)– a single eyeshadow in Oro 201M, originally from the ND Gold palette and the ND Golden Palette. It’s a stunning warm gold with a metallic finish.
Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant (118ml, worth £35 Full Size) – a gentle leave-on treatment with salicylic acid that unclogs pores and balances excess oil for a clearer complexion. This has been my HG product for many years. Using it 2-3 times a week helps to unclog pores and keep my skin clear.
Danessa Myricks Mini Blurring Balm Powder in shade Universal (6g) – a texture-reducing, blurring balm. Its balm-to-powder formula sets to a long-lasting, shine-free finish, helping to control oil throughout the day while keeping the skin hydrated. I’ve wanted to try this product for a while, so I’am very excited to see it included in the winter’s goody bag.
And a showcase of my purchases that I made alongside a Goody Bag:
- Charlotte Tilbury Charlotte’s Palette Of Beautifying Eye Trends in Super Neutral –a limited-edition eyeshadow palette featuring nine shades in matte, shimmer, and pop finishes. Initially, I wasn’t impressed by the packaging, but I can overlook that because the shades are stunning, highly pigmented, and blend effortlessly.
- Allies of Skin Azelaic and Kojic Advanced Clarifying Serum – a clarity serum that helps reduce breakouts, redness, blackheads, enlarged pores, post-blemish marks, and excess sebum. It contains 10% azelaic acid, 1% kojic acid, a 3% hexylresorcinol complex, and a blend of ribose, liquorice, and bakuchiol.
- Gisou Honey Gloss Ceramide Therapy Hair Mask – a hair mask enriched with honey, shea butter, squalane, grape seed oil, safflower seed oil, evening primrose oil, ceramides, low and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, panthenol, carrot extract, calendula extract, and tara spinosa extract.
