Cult Beauty The Hair Care Cracker 2023 Review
I’m back with a review of Cult Beauty’s The Hair Care Cracker 2023. The cracker includes four products with a total value over £70.00. It’s one of the three crackers released by Cult Beauty for Christmas, and it’s the one I managed to get on sale. Now, let’s take a closer look at what’s inside.
Hair by Sam McKnight Deeper Love Intense Treatment Mask (50ml Travel Size worth £22) – a hair mask designed to improve the strength and elasticity of hair, and leave the strands looking shinier and healthier while reducing frizz and static. The formula is enriched with sunflower seed oil, shea butter, hydrolyzed wheat protein, hydrolyzed corn protein, hydrolyzed soy protein, marsh mallow extract, hoya extract, Crodabond™ complex, and RepHair®. I find the texture of this mask to be lovely—so light and creamy, and it absorbs easily. This hair mask makes my hair soft without weighing it down, but it didn’t leave me feeling impressed. I won’t be buying the full size.
Christophe Robin Cleansing Purifying Scrub with Sea Salt (40ml Deluxe Size) – a deeply cleansing shampoo scrub formulated with sea salt crystals. I’ve received it many times in different beauty boxes, and to be honest, I have mixed feelings about this product. It effectively removes build-up from my oily scalp, but I haven’t noticed the scalp hydrating or exfoliating effect it promises.
Act+Acre Cold Processed Stem Cell Serum (30ml Deluxe Size ) – a scalp serum, enriched with glucosamine HCl, pea extract, apple cell extract, bamboo extract, Irish oak extract, hyaluronic acid, collagen, and aloe juice. A serum supports hair growth for a fuller, thicker, and healthier appearance. I’ve had my eye on testing this product for quite some time, so I’m very excited that it’s featured in the Cult Beauty Cracker.
VIRTUE Healing Oil (9ml Deluxe Size) – an oil that smooths and protects dry, damaged hair, giving hair its healthiest shine. It contains Alpha Keratin 60ku®, marula oil, watermelon seed oil, coconut oil, and silicones. While it’s a decent hair oil, I’ve found that Olaplex and Gisou hair oils do a better job for my hair.
