Cult Beauty has recently released the Cult Beauty The Effortlessly You Goody Bag 2024, and today I’m here to provide you with a quick review of it. This Goody Bag is worth over £290.00 and includes 14 products, which I’ll show below along with my purchases.

Dr. Levy Switzerland R3 Cell Matrix Mask (50ml Full Size worth £69.00) – an anti-ageing face mask. The formula is enriched with niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, retinol, prickly pear extract, fermented pumpkin, ceramides, vitamin C, and cotton seed oil. I’ve had this mask in the past, and I’m pleased to receive it once more. It delivers instant results on my skin, giving it smoothness, softness, and a healthy glow. Absolutely a wonderful product. Hands down, it’s a great mask that performs its job efficiently.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Face Cream (3.5ml) – an anti-ageing face moisturiser that promises to firm, soothe, and hydrate the skin. The formula is enriched with purslane extract, panthenol, squalane, and shea butter. I found this to be a nice product for my combination skin, especially in the winter, although it is quite pricey. It leaves my skin looking smoother and feeling hydrated. I like the texture, and it’s unscented.

ELEMIS Pro-Collagen Night Cream (15ml Deluxe size worth £32) – a nourishing night cream formulated to firm, smooth, and improve the look of skin elasticity. Enriched with shea butter, jojoba oil, sesame oil, wheat germ oil, avocado oil, phytosterols, seaweed extracts, laminaria extract, padina pavonica extract, collagen, amino acids, red algae powder, and hexapeptide (hexapeptide-9).

Benefit Porefessional Primer (7.5ml Travel Size worth £12.50) – a mattifying face primer that minimizes the appearance of pores and fine lines. I’m familiar with this product, and I can say it’s a decent primer that does just what it says, which is great. This primer blurs very well and creates a great base for applying foundation. I love how the product smooths out my skin.

Summer Fridays Midnight Ritual Retinol Renewal Serum (5ml worth £12) –  a gentle yet effective serum that works overnight. This serum combines vegan retinol and retinyl linoleate to effectively reduce the visibility of fine lines. Its formula is further enriched with niacinamide, squalane, oat extract, centella asiatica extract, as well as nourishing oils like avocado, rosehip, sweet almond, and jojoba. 

Charlotte Tilbury Collagen Lip Bath (7.9ml Full Size worth £27.00) – a lip gloss in shade Peachy Plump. It feels great on the lips, providing a refreshing and hydrating experience with a minty sweet smell. However, I’ve found that this specific shade doesn’t quite suit me as I expected.

Hair Gain Capsules (60 capsules Full Size worth £36.99) – a one-month supply of hair growth supplement that promises to reduce hair loss and increase hair strength. It contains anagain pea shoot extract to initiate new growth in the follicle, along with zinc and biotin.

SISLEY-PARIS Black Rose Skin Infusion Cream (10ml Deluxe Size worth £33) – a hydrating cream formulated to provide lasting hydration and a radiant glow to the skin. It’s enriched with ingredients such as rose water, shea butter, camelina oil, jojoba oil, and extracts from padina pavonica, rose, hibiscus, Alpen rose, and alkekengi. This cream has a light, fast-absorbing texture and features the classic Black Rose scent. It leaves the skin feeling smoother, more hydrated, and glowing after application.

Hourglass Caution Extreme Lash Mascara (3.8g Deluxe Size worth £14.00) – an all-in-one mascara that delivers a look of endless length, intense volume, and sky-high lift for extreme, dramatic lashes. I’ve had this mascara in one of last year’s goody bags, and I like using it. It’s a great product that adds a lot of volume and length to my lashes. It lasts all day and does not flake or smudge. However, as I previously mentioned, there is one drawback: it tends to dry quite quickly.

Fable & Mane Holiroots Hair Mask (50ml Deluxe Size) – a luxurious, high-performance mask designed for stressed and damaged hair. It’s enriched with a blend of nourishing ingredients like coconut butter, mango butter, banana extract, meadowfoam oil, shea butter, turmeric extract, linseed oil, murumuru butter, and sesame seed oil. This mask is wonderfully effective, providing nourishment without being too heavy. It also has an amazing, tropical scent.

Danessa Myricks Beauty Infinite Chrome Waterproof Micropencil Eyeliner (0.15g Full Size worth £24.50) – a waterproof multi-chrome pencil in the shade Rose Quartz. Unfortunately, I have found this pencil rather disappointing. The application is not smooth, the shade barely shows up on eyelids and the multichrome doesn’t really show.

The INKEY List Hyaluronic Acid Serum (30ml Full Size worth £9.00) –a non-tacky, fast-absorbing face serum enriched with hyaluronic acid. This formula also includes the benefits of Matrixyl 3000™ Peptide, which supports natural collagen production and helps to visibly plump the skin. I really like this product and its texture; it’s not sticky at all, applies smoothly on the skin, and leaves my skin feeling well-hydrated.

MALIN+GOETZ Vitamin B5 Body Moisturiser (10ml) – a hydrating body cream formulated with ingredients like panthenol, shea butter, sodium pca, and oat bran extract. It’s a remarkably lightweight moisturiser with a fresh scent, making it especially suitable for summer use. However, for areas of my skin that were particularly dry or rough, I found that additional hydration was necessary

Youth To The People Peptides + C Energy Eye Concentrate (3ml) – an advanced eye serum infused with a powerful blend of peptides, vitamin CG (ascorbyl glucoside), and caffeine. Specially designed for everyday use, it promises to illuminate, reduce puffiness, and soften the look of fine lines around the eyes. The formula is also enriched with panthenol, adenosine, hyaluronic acid, biotin, niacinamide, HMC, white-fleshed pitahaya extract, guayusa extract, algae extract, apple stem cell extract, gac extract, and pomegranate extract. This product hadn’t been launched at Cult Beauty, and I had been wanting to try this eye serum before the Cult Beauty GWP was announced.

• Allies of Skin Promise Keeper Nightly Blemish Treatment –an overnight treatment featuring 2% Dioic Acid, 15 Antioxidants and Brighteners, Colloidal Silver, 3% Niacinamide, Organic Rosehip Seed Oil, and Manuka Honey UMF16+. It’s designed to target breakouts, uneven skin tone and texture, and clogged pores. This product has been a staple in my skincare routine for the longest time. This mask not only leaves my skin looking amazing but also notably helps with blemishes and breakouts.
• Fresh Floral Recovery Calming Mask – a calming face mask to soothe signs of sensitivity such as redness, uneven tone, and rough texture. The formula is enriched with squalane, camellia seed oil, passion fruit seed oil, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, cornflower water, bitter cherry extract, and tree peony extract.
• Sol de Janeiro Beija Flor Body Wash – a fragrant creamy body wash infused with cacay oil, a gentle retinol alternative. This is hands down my favorite scent from Sol de Janeiro, and it’s my second tube.
• Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze® Gel Deluxe – a clear brow wax-gel hybrid formulated to lift, and set brows while increasing volume.
