Today, I’m taking a quick look at the Cult Beauty Fresh Finds Kit. This goody bag includes six products worth over £150. Let’s check what’s inside and see what purchases I made to qualify for it.
Grown Alchemist Gentle Gel Facial Cleanser Chamomile, Bergamot + Willowbark (200ml, worth £33.00, Full Size) – a lightweight cleansing gel designed to gently cleanse the skin without drying or stripping it. It seems promising, so I’m looking forward to trying it.
Kate Somerville EradiKate Daily Foaming Cleanser (30ml) – a daily foaming cleanser with 3% sulphur, clinically formulated to help combat blackheads, sebaceous filaments, and pimples while preventing new breakouts. I wish it was the Goat Milk Cleanser, as that’s one of my favourites.
Philip Kingsley Flaky Itchy Scalp Mask (20ml, worth £10) – a scalp mask designed to soothe and comfort sensitive scalps. The formula is enriched with salicylic acid, lactic acid, piroctone olamine, fireweed extract, green tea extract, apple extract, celery extract, and hydrolysed hyaluronic acid. I found this really beneficial for reducing scalp itching and flakes after just one use.
MZ Skin Vitamin Infused Facial Treatment Mask (worth £25.00) – a hydrating hydrogel mask packed with hyaluronic acid, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, glycerin, saccharide isomerate, niacinamide, sodium PCA, PCA, allantoin, sodium lactate, jojoba seed oil, arginine, amino acids, hydrolysed vegetable protein, liquorice extract, green tea extract, and dipotassium glycyrrhizate. My skin definitely felt hydrated and smooth after using it, but I don’t see any real difference compared to less pricey face masks.
Supergoop! Play Everyday Lotion SPF50 (71ml, worth £23.00) – a fast-absorbing, non-greasy sunscreen body lotion that hydrates the skin and is water and sweat resistant for 80 minutes. This was on my wish list, so I’m glad to finally try it.
111SKIN Eye Lift Gel NAC Y2 (3ml) – an eye gel formulated with acetyl hexapeptide 8, sorbitol, caffeine, vitamin C (sodium ascorbyl phosphate), vitamins B1, B2, B3 (niacinamide), B5, B6, B12, aloe extract, horse chestnut extract, and NAC. I love this eye gel. It reduces puffiness, smooths fine lines, and makes the overall appearance of my eyes more youthful.
