Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-Exfoliating Shampoo Review

Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-Exfoliating Shampoo Review

Today, I’m here with a review of the Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-Exfoliating Shampoo. I’ve been using it for many years and find it really effective. That said, I’d like to share my experience with you.

Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-Exfoliating Shampoo

A blend of gentle cleansing agents cleanses the scalp, while binchotan charcoal helps absorb impurities and buildup. It also contains microcrystalline cellulose beads to massage the scalp and gently loosen buildup and flakes, while menthyl lactate prompts a cool, tingling sensation. Additionally, a blend of AQUAXYL™ (xylitol, anhydroxylitol, xylitylglucoside), bisabolol, and panthenol hydrates and soothes the skin, while tea tree, peppermint, and spearmint oils stimulate and soothe the scalp.

Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal Coconut Oil Micro-Exfoliating Shampoo Review

The Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-Exfoliating Shampoo has a gritty, creamy texture filled with tiny sand-like beads. These beads are much finer than in other exfoliating shampoos I’ve tried, such as the Christophe Robin Cleansing Purifying Scrub or the Goop Himalayan Salt Scalp Scrub Shampoo. The shampoo feels gentle, not scratchy at all, and doesn’t irritate my sensitive scalp. I love to use it together with a massage brush. It doesn’t lather as much as some other clarifying shampoos and rinses out easily, leaving no tiny beads or residue behind. It also has a minty scent and provides a refreshing, cooling effect upon application.

Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal Coconut Oil Micro-Exfoliating Shampoo

I have fine hair and a sensitive scalp, and the Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-Exfoliating really makes a difference. I usually use it twice a week during the summer months, and it leaves my hair feeling so fresh and clean, with a bit more volume at the roots. It’s very soothing and does help relieve itching, which I appreciate since my scalp can get itchy at times. I also love that it gently exfoliates without drying out my hair.

Briogeo Charcoal Shampoo Review

Overall, I really enjoy using the Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-Exfoliating Shampoo, and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely repurchase this product next summer.

Thanks, Mary, this looks great. I have a very dry, flaky scalp, especially in the winter, so I’m up for trying it 😍

This scrub is so good! I love how it makes my hair feel really clean. It worked wonders on my scalp too, and it feels way less oily now.
