Benton Air Fit UV Defense Sun Cream SPF 50 Review
Welcome back to another review. This time, I want to discuss the Benton Air Fit UV Defense Sun Cream SPF 50. After putting it to the test, I’m ready to share my thoughts and how it’s been working for me.
The formula contains diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate (also known as Uvinul A Plus, which protects the skin against UVA rays), ethylhexyl triazone (also known as Uvinul T 150, which provides one of the highest levels of photo-stable absorption among UVB filters), methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol (also known as Tinosorb M, which offers broad-spectrum protection), and diethylhexyl butamido triazone (also known as Uvasorb HEB, which protects against UVB and UVA II rays).
It also contains a blend of humectants, such as niacinamide, glycerin, and panthenol, to hydrate the skin. A blend of niacinamide, panthenol, adenosine, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, madecassoside, madecassic acid, asiaticoside, asiatic acid, Centella asiatica extract, and neem extract helps soothe the skin. Additionally, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, madecassoside, madecassic acid, asiaticoside, asiatic acid, Centella asiatica extract, neem extract, and niacinamide provide antioxidant protection.
The Benton Air Fit UV Defense Sun Cream SPF 50 has a lightweight, lotion-like texture with a pale green colour. The formula is close to an emulsion or gel. It doesn’t feel heavy or greasy on the skin. Initially, it may feel slightly sticky, but the stickiness goes away after about five minutes as it sinks in. The sunscreen has a cooling and soothing effect that is great for the summer days. It also leaves a soft, natural finish with no white cast.
It has a subtle herbal scent with a hint of rosemary that fades quickly.
For reference, I have combination skin that usually breaks out during warmer months and around my period. This product doesn’t cause any breakouts and it never irritates my skin or stings my eyes.
In short, I find the Benton Air Fit UV Defense Sun Cream SPF 50 to be a really nice sunscreen. So, if you’re thinking about trying it, I’d definitely recommend giving it a go.

The formula is great but the rosemary scent is a pet peeve of mine sadly
