August 2026 Beauty Haul
Welcome to my new blog post! Today, I’m sharing my August beauty haul, full of lovely skincare and makeup picks that I’ve already started putting to the test.
Summer Fridays Body Butter Balm in Pink Guava – a new body moisturiser with a juicy tropical scent of guava nectar, pink strawberry and pear blossom. The formula is enriched with coconut oil, rice bran oil, jojoba seed oil, oat kernel oil, shea butter, murumuru butter, glycerin, ceramides, phytosphingosine, and hyaluronic acid. I love the brand, so I couldn’t resist picking up something from the new collection.
OUAI Leave In Conditioner – a leave-in conditioner that detangles the hair and protects it from heat and damage. The formula features conditioning agents, baobab oil, argan oil, evening primrose oil, sodium PCA, sodium lactate, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, hydrolysed pea protein, tamarind extract and algae extract. This one has been my HG for years. It detangles my hair really well, making it soft, manageable and shiny.
BORNTOSTANDOUT Golden Milk – a fragrance with top notes of milk, saffron, caramel and mahonial, heart notes of condensed milk, orris butter, Ambrofix and cypriol, and base notes of vanilla, leather, tonka bean, Akigalawood and oud. This is definitely not a typical creamy scent. The opening is a bit tough for me, but the drydown is much smoother, softer, and a lot more enjoyable to wear.
Sweet Chemistry Labs Elasticity Reinforcing Hydra-Cream* – a regenerative cream designed to support collagen, improve skin elasticity and deliver lasting hydration without feeling heavy. I’ve been wanting to try this cream for a while, so I’m really excited to finally get my hands on it.
Sweet Chemistry Labs Barrier Repairing Hydra-Serum* – an advanced regenerative lightweight serum designed to support collagen, improve skin density, and restore barrier strength. This was another product on my wishlist.
Beauty of Joseon Revive Eye Serum Ginseng + Retinal – a gentle eye serum that targets wrinkles, visibly brightens, and hydrates the under-eye area for a firmer, more refreshed appearance. I’ve seen so many positive reviews, so I’m really keen to try it.
Marc Jacobs Drawn This Way Longwear Eyeliner in Hot Take – a high-impact, long-lasting waterproof gel eyeliner with intense pigment. I already have three shades and love the formula, so I couldn’t resist adding this yellow one to my collection. It looks absolutely gorgeous.
Allies of Skin Copper Tripeptide & Ectoin Advanced Repair Serum* – a repair-focused serum designed to stimulate collagen production, repair and soothe damaged skin, and support the skin barrier. I love Allies of Skin and can’t wait to try this one.
ROUND LAB Camellia Deep Collagen Firming Gel Mask Set – a pack of 4 Korean gel masks. I’ve really been enjoying these. They’re comfortable to wear and always leave my skin feeling smooth, hydrated, and refreshed.
medicube PDRN Pink Collagen Exosome Shot Serum 2000* – an anti-ageing serum designed to smooth, hydrate, and revitalise the skin. It’s a really lovely, lightweight serum. It leaves my skin looking bright, healthy, and well-hydrated. I’ve also tried the PDRN Pink Exosome Shot Serum 7500 from the brand and enjoyed that one as well.
medicube PDRN Pink Hyaluronic Moisturizing Cream* – a lightweight daily moisturiser designed to deeply hydrate the skin, improve skin tone, and support a plumper, healthier-looking complexion. This is a lovely daily moisturiser for the summer months. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel heavy or greasy. It feels hydrating enough for my combination skin and leaves it looking soft, smooth, and plump.
medicube PDRN Pink Collagen Toning Gel Toner Pad* – gel toner pads designed to smooth and plump the skin while helping improve uneven skin tone and texture for a firmer-looking complexion. I really like these pads, and this is a repurchase for me. I love how they leave my skin looking fresh, hydrated and plump.
MERIT The Minimalist in Dune and Ceramic – a buildable, lightweight complexion stick that can be used as a foundation or concealer for easy, natural-looking coverage on the go. I like to use it as a concealer, as the stick format makes it better suited for covering smaller areas. I really love this product. It goes on smoothly, blends effortlessly, and stays in place all day.
Hair Gain Gummies Duo (worth £59.98) – a chewable supplement that supports healthy hair. This one definitely makes a noticeable difference to my hair, and I actually love the taste. It’s also a regular purchase for me.
Tria 4X Hair Removal Laser* – an FDA-cleared laser for permanent at-home hair reduction that targets the roots of hairs to ‘disable’ their follicles and gradually leave skin smooth and stubble-free. I’ve been using it for about a month now and I love the results so far.
Merit Flush Balm in Beverly Hills – a cream blush that effortlessly melts into the skin for a perfect, all-day flush. I like both the shade and the texture of this blush. It has such a pretty and natural colour. The Beverly Hills shade is the best neutral peach ever and makes my skin glow instantly.
Manucurist Active Smooth 01 – a nail care and makeup hybrid that smooths the look of ridges and blurs imperfections with a beige satin finish.
Manucurist Active Blur – a powder-pink nail polish with a velvety matte finish. I love the Active range, and these polishes always make my nails look healthy and beautiful.
Dr Sebagh Exo C Booster* – a daily vitamin C exosome serum designed to support collagen production and leave the skin looking firmer, brighter and more youthful. This is my first time trying Dr Sebagh, and I’ve got three products from the brand.
Dr Sebagh Deep Exfoliating Mask* – an exfoliating mask with AHA acids for deep pore cleansing, blackhead removal, smoother skin texture and instant radiant glow.
Dr Sebagh Supreme Neck Lift* – a neck and décolleté cream designed to visibly lift, firm and smooth ageing skin. I haven’t opened it yet, but I’m always happy to try a new neck product.
Living Proof Icons Perfect Hair Day (PhD) Dry Shampoo Duo – two versions of one of my all-time favourite dry shampoos. Dry shampoo is a staple in my hair care routine, and I’ve tried quite a few, but this one is the best. I honestly don’t notice much difference between the two versions, and I’m always happy to have either one in my stash.
Dr. Barbara Sturm Enzyme Cleanser* – an enzyme cleanser formulated with subtilisin, lipase and vitamin C. This is easily my favourite enzyme cleanser. It makes the skin silky smooth and doesn’t feel drying at all.
Jo Malone London Lime Basil & Mandarin Cologne – a fragrance with top notes of lime, mandarin orange, and bergamot, heart notes of basil, thyme, lilac, and iris, and base notes of vetiver and patchouli. I really like this scent, and it feels perfect for summer, but it doesn’t last very long on the skin.
R.E.M. Beauty Eclipse Blush & Lip Stick in Audition* – a 2-in-1 stick in a nude rose shade, designed to add a healthy flush of natural-looking luminous colour on the cheeks and lips.
R.E.M. Beauty Hypernova Satin Matte Blush* (in Rose On Mars and Peach Planet) – a weightless powder blush with a blurred, soft-focus finish, in soft rose and soft peach shades. I absolutely love this blush. It gives the perfect amount of pigment and looks so beautiful.
R.E.M. Beauty Sweet Dreams Eyeshadow Quad* (in Dangerous Woman) – a cool-toned limited-edition eyeshadow quad.
Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base – a cult-classic primer infused with glow-boosting vitamins and hydration heroes.
Luxurious Look The Hair Rescue Edit – a six-piece haircare edit worth £99 and priced at £39.99. I mainly picked it up for the KEVIN.MURPHY Everlasting Colour Leave-In, which had been on my wishlist for a while.
Five perfume samples – Sisley Paris Le Parfum, Le Labo Santal 33, HUDA BEAUTY Easy Bake Intense EDP, Le Labo Thé Noir Eau de Parfum, and Vyrao Free 00. I’ve picked them up with a Cult Beauty offer for £5 plus a free £10 voucher.
Saie Mini Dew Blush in Chilly* – a creamy blush with a gel-like texture that provides a natural flush. I’m obsessed with this product and have it in Peachy, Spicy, Baby, and Cutie shades. It has a wonderful lightweight formula, yet it’s super pigmented and leaves such a pretty dewy finish. I’m really happy to try a new shade.
Manucurist Green™ Natural Nail Polish in Pale Rose – a sheer pastel pink nail polish.
Manucurist Cuticle Softener – a hydrating cuticle softener that supports easy maintenance of the nails. It effectively softens cuticles and works well with a cuticle pusher.
Abib Heartleaf Calming Trial Kit* – a trial-sized kit from the calming Heartleaf range, including a foam cleanser, toner, serum, and cream.
Abib Pore Clay Pack Cleanser Heartleaf Charcoal Foam* – a clay mask-to-foam cleanser formulated with charcoal capsules and five types of clay to improve skin clarity by unclogging pores, absorbing excess sebum, and exfoliating dead skin cells.

Sephora Collection Lip Tint Felt Liner in Terracotta Ink – an ultra-precise lip stain with a matte finish. This is honestly a great lip stain. It lasts really well and looks beautiful on my lips.
