Today I want to talk about the Aromatherapy Associates Bath & Shower Oils. These are among my favourite bath time treats, and I’d happily repurchase almost all of them.
Aromatherapy Associates Calm Confidence Bath & Shower Oil
Aromatherapy Associates Calm Confidence Bath & Shower Oil – a bath oil infused with a blend of natural essential oils, including blue tansy, sandalwood, and jasmine, that helps ease tension and calm the mind.
I’m honestly blown away by this bath oil. It smells heavenly, with soft, uplifting notes of blue tansy and sandalwood. It makes my bath so much more relaxing, like a real spa in a bottle. I’d definitely recommend it.
The formula contains a lightweight oil base that spreads easily in water and leaves the skin feeling soft and lightly conditioned. Additionally, it contains an aromatic blend of patchouli, lavender, Australian sandalwood, bergamot peel, jasmine, blue tansy, ylang-ylang, orange peel, Peru balsam, vanillin, and camphor.

Aromatherapy Associates Revive Evening Bath & Shower Oil – a bath oil infused with a blend of natural essential oils, such as geranium, ylang ylang, and patchouli, designed to calm the mind and leave the skin feeling moisturised and soft.
It has a floral and earthy scent with a hint of spice, which feels warm and cosy. Honestly, this one isn’t a favourite of mine, but it’s still a really nice bath oil. I love how it leaves my skin silky soft and smooth without feeling greasy.
The formula contains a lightweight oil base that leaves the skin soft and lightly conditioned. It also contains a relaxing essential oil blend, including geranium oil, ho wood oil, ylang-ylang, patchouli oil, and Australian sandalwood oil.

Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax Bath & Shower Oil – a bath oil blended with camomile, sandalwood, and vetiver essential oils that helps relax the mind and unwind before bed.
This one really helps me switch off, and I always sleep so well afterwards. Whenever I’m feeling exhausted, I just pour a capful into the bath, soak for 20 minutes, and it honestly does the trick.
The formula contains caprylic/capric triglyceride to soften and moisturise the skin. Additionally, a blend of essential oils, including vetiver, patchouli, ylang-ylang, Australian sandalwood, wild camomile, and Roman camomile, creates a warm, calming, relaxing aroma.

Aromatherapy Associates Forest Therapy Bath & Shower Oil – a bath oil with a blend of cypress, ho wood, and pink pepper essential oils that helps to ground the mind and relax the body.
It’s a lovely bath oil to clear your head, especially when colds are going around, and it does help clear my sinuses. Like all Aromatherapy Associates oils, it doesn’t leave a slippery residue in the bath, which is a big plus. However, the pine scent feels a bit too strong and overwhelming for me.
The formula contains a lightweight oil base that leaves the skin soft and lightly conditioned. It also features a refreshing essential oil blend of cypress oil, eucalyptus oil, bitter orange oil, pine leaf oil, pink pepper oil, ho wood oil, juniper oil, patchouli oil, vetiver oil, cedarwood oil, lemon peel oil, davana oil, and mimosa extract.

Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Muscle Bath & Shower Oil – a bath oil infused with a blend of natural essential oils, such as black pepper, ginger, lavender, and rosemary, formulated to help ease discomfort and recover sore muscles.
This is one of my favourites from the range, and it smells absolutely gorgeous. It really helps relax my muscles after a workout and unwind my mind after a stressful day.
The formula contains a lightweight oil base that spreads easily in water and leaves the skin feeling soft and lightly conditioned. Additionally, an essential oil blend of lavender oil, juniper fruit oil, and pine leaf oil creates a relaxing aroma, while a blend of rosemary oil, cajuput oil, ginger root oil, and black pepper oil provides a warming and stimulating effect for muscle relaxation and recovery.

Aromatherapy Associates Support Breathe Bath & Shower Oil – a bath oil blended with tea tree, pine, and eucalyptus essential oils designed to create a spa-like experience while promoting easier breathing.
I love using it during the winter months or whenever I have a cold, as it really helps me breathe more easily while still feeling like a luxurious spa treatment. The scent is so fresh and relaxing.
The formula contains caprylic/capric triglyceride, which softens the skin and leaves a smooth, non-greasy feel. It also features an essential oil blend of eucalyptus oil, lavender oil, pine leaf oil, peppermint oil, and tea tree oil, creating an invigorating yet relaxing aroma.
